This Spanish restaurant is truly a hidden gem! The owner-chef is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole dining experience feel personal and warm. The flavors of their paellas are outstanding, and the tapas are just as impressive. Their bread is fantastic—served with high-quality olive oil that elevates the complimentary bread service to another level. Everything here is top-notch, from the food to the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our meal here! Everything was so tasty. The caramel flan is a must try, hands down the best flan we’ve tried. The entire staff crew and the chef were also very welcoming.

If you go, you must book the flamenco show. You do not pay extra for it, but menu prices are just a tad bit higher. But the experience was quite amazing and it feels so homey. The food was soo good, definitely close to what we’ve had in Spain. Could not recommend more

Jamón Ibérico Pata Negra Restaurant located near Downtown Miami, FL is a hidden Spanish gem you must check out!

For appetizer we ordered the Pulpo a la Gallega and the Jamon Serrano y Queso Manchego! The octopus was tender and fresh served with potatoes while the Serrano ham and cheese were delicious, a great start to a savory dinner!

For entree, we ordered the Dorada a la Sal which is a fresh whole fish, covered in thin and thick salt which is served right at the table. This fillet was fresh and had a wonderful taste, perfectly paired with the Arroz Negro (black seafood rice).

To top off the night, we ordered the Crema Catalana, a classic Spanish dessert, best described as a Crème Brûlée!

Lastly, the customer service provided by the restaurant was outstanding. Claudio our server provided excellent suggestions, answered all of our questions, and constantly checked in to see how our experience was going. Additionally, the chef stopped by every table to get feedback, and displayed a genuine interest to see how his dishes were perceived.

Our Friday night was well spent at @patanegra_restaurant (IG) and is the perfect spot for date night or an intimate dinner with family or friends! Cannot wait to return!

OMG…best tapas and paella! The staff and Chef treat you like family when dining with them! We had the Serrano Ham Croquetas, Iberico Ham J5, Garlic Shrimp, and the Paella Rustico (seafood and chicken). All were so delicious!  Also had the red wine sangria to sip on while we ate. Attentive server made sure we were taken care of. Chef Filipe came out to check in on us during our meal. Then we got the biggest hugs from him when we left. Will definitely be back again when we come to Miami next. Don’t miss out by not stopping and have dinner and drinks here…you will not regret it!
