Had been wanting to come here since it opened, and it did not disappoint. It’s a tiny, loud place but to me it’s worth it for the food. Every dish we tried was more amazing than the last: scallops, lotus root salad, fish sauce wings, and their lamb wrap. The latter may have been the best thing I ate in 2024, and my shitty pictures don’t do the food justice. Can’t believe a Vietnamese food snob like me would enjoy a place that transcends and modernizes the classics this much.

WHAT A GEM ❤️ Tam Tam was worth the wait! Now I understand why they are always booked & busy. The host team got our group of 4 seated promptly and we ended up ordering almost everything on the menu, it was really fun to take a bite of so many different dishes! My personal favorites were the scallop coconut crudo, the steak tar tar & the nhau bone marrow (which surprised me, normally I do not enjoy these dishes at other restaurants!) The wings and pork ribs were absolute knockout dishes! You must save room for dessert, it was hard to share the 5 spice ube tres leches… I could have ate the entire thing all by myself! Every wine bottle we tried was delicious. The bartender Nadia gave us some of the best hospitality we have ever seen in Miami!

I had wanted to try tam tam for a long time and I am glad that I finally did it. lotus root salad was my favorite. it's fresh but flavorful. chicken wings were good, but I got tired at the second piece which was a drumstick. the best part of the chicken wings was the flavor in the breading, so I felt that the side arm was better in terms of embracing the breading. pork ribs were good but less impressive nor unique in terms of it's flavor profile. lamb was full of flavor. eating with lettuce cut down the heaviness. the meal ended with durian soft serve, which was another highlight.

This is the place you're looking for. It's flavorful and unique but feels cozy and welcoming. We sat outside, feasted, and drank like we were gods. If I kept a journal I would write about Tam Tam. It is SO GOOD. It's also very reasonably priced. We did a family-style dinner and the highlights were the mushrooms and the wings. The drink selection blew me away. Harry selected the perfect pairings. Take a deep breath at some point during dinner to remind yourself it's real. If I lived closer I'd eat there every week.
