The Manager William at The Elser Hotel made me and my girlfriend feel truly welcome when first check in.  Check-in was quick and smooth, the staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed.

The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking — sweeping views of the bay, cruise ships, and the Miami skyline. The floor-to-ceiling windows made the space feel bright and open, and the modern design gave it a sleek yet comfortable vibe. The room was spotless and well-appointed with thoughtful details.

The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff’s attention to detail really stood out. I felt genuinely taken care of throughout my stay. This is easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Elser hotel. William and the staff were wonderful from the moment we entered the establishment.

Our room was ready before the check-in time, enabling us to get in and relax right away. We were treated to a welcome drink and the check-in process was very smooth.

I liked the ability to text the concierge any questions or requests I had.

We made use of the gym and the pool and enjoyed our time there. We ventured to the beach one day and were treated very well.

The two recommendations I have would be to be able to tip via the app or with a QR code as I frequently do not carry cash. Also our room did not have a full length mirror, and although there is a big mirror, it is not full length.

I would definitely return and would certainly recommend Elser to friends and family coming to Miami.

A Perfect Stay at The Elser Hotel During Ultra Music Festival!

My wife and I had an absolutely incredible stay at The Elser Hotel in downtown Miami during Ultra Music Festival weekend. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel truly welcome, embracing the vibrant Miami Music Week culture with open arms. They didn’t just accommodate Ultra attendees—they celebrated with us, organizing fun, festival-themed activities throughout the weekend that made the experience even more special.

Despite Ultra being a high-energy event with massive crowds, The Elser did a phenomenal job maintaining a secure and well-managed environment. I always felt completely safe on the property, as they ensured that only hotel guests had access. Their team was on top of everything, keeping things lively yet under control, allowing us to fully enjoy the festivities without any concerns.

The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with a friendly front desk staff that went above and beyond—plus, the complimentary drinks were a great touch! Our room was stunning: spacious, impeccably clean, and featuring high-end finishes that added a touch of luxury to our stay. It was the perfect retreat after long days (and nights) of music and excitement.

Overall, our experience at The Elser Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. If you’re attending Ultra or just looking for a top-tier stay in downtown Miami, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back for Ultra 2026!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.  William made us feel welcome from the beginning at check in and everything ran smoothly. The hotel is very modern and the location was great! We could walk to everything. The pool area and workout facility were nice and the view was amazing! I was impressed that we were able to go over to South Beach and the Savoy Hotel gave us two complimentary chairs and an umbrella for the beach!! We will definitely be staying here again.

The Elser is the place to stay if you’re going to Ultra! Super convenient location with beautiful amenities (patio with stunning view of the Bay, clean gym, pool/pool bar, apartment style hotel rooms fully furnished, etc…)

I wanna shout out the gentleman who was hosting us this weekend. He really knew how to set a vibe, keep us informed and directed, and take charge of a large crowd. Definitely was not his first  rodeo. I did not catch his name, but he was there to welcome us back into the hotel in a reasonable manner every night of the festival as we all came back at the same time. He did a fantastic job!

All of the other staff members were amazing and so kind as well. I’m sure a weekend like this is stressful for them, but you would never be able to tell they all kept an upbeat, positive attitude. Thanks for the awesome stay we will be coming back next year!
