I had an incredible experience at YOTEL Hotel! Dawn, the bartender, was absolutely amazing. Her energy was so positive and welcoming it really elevated the whole atmosphere. On top of that, she made the best espresso martini I’ve ever had! It was perfectly balanced and delicious. Dawn’s exceptional service and talent have definitely made me a returning customer. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Dawn!

Yotel Miami is a swanky hotel in close proximity to Bayside market and many other great entertainment options. The pool deck is very cool and something unlike I've seen at any other hotels. The drink/food prices are high but to be expected in Miami. Our room was booked online and we paid roughly 260/night. Our friends that accompanied us paid the same amount and had a far worse room. Ours was a 1 bdrm suite with walk in shower. They basically had one open room with glass doorstop separate the  bathroom. Basically a toilet in the room, which was not ideal. So check around online for the best price/value for what you're getting.

The light system is cool, but if you have a suite it can be difficult to figure out how to turn on/off everything. Just focus on the left side of the light "control" panel. It took me a few minutes.

They do have a nice gym that is located next to the pool as well

All in all I would stay here again, but being Miami, I would try another hotel to get another experience.

Bathroom in our room was not stocked with hand towels, nor step out towels nor wash cloths. We called the lobby yet no answer. We asked in person and still only received new bath towels and a step out towel. Shower water runs out a lot which requires more than a step out towel. I asked for a shaving kit in the morning asked again that evening and finally got one. Lobby is overly busy. Not the best part of town yet not the worst. The Miami metro runs right next to the hotel windows yet isn’t loud enough to bother you. Shower was small yet the bathroom was large enough for a bigger shower. Bathroom does not give privacy to restroom use as it’s behind glass enclosure. Glass door bangs when closing. Only one towel bar in bathroom to hang towels on. Room doors slam which is disruptive. Room was clean with your choice of lighting color. Pool was nice yet mostly shaded. Gym was nice. Hidden resort fees are added once you check in.

Don’t waste your time, energy or money here. The staff has absolutely no respect. They will charge you through a 3rd party and then offer something completely different from what the photo shows. The manager refused to talk to me about it. They will force you to wear a wrist band like a dog. Then as we were trying to enter the hotel we were questioned multiple times to show documents when we didn’t even check in yet. It is a complete nightmare and not worth the hassle. Stay away! Go anywhere but here.

Stayed at the hotel during Christmas holiday, and it was exceptional! Easy check-in/check-out, though the room were small they felt spacious, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked and I had no issues sleeping.

For the price, location, and services I am definitely planning on booking again
