I recently dined at Zuma in Miami, and it was an exceptional experience. The food was absolutely amazing—each dish we tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The ambience was equally stunning, with a vibrant atmosphere that enhanced our meal. The music complemented the setting perfectly, creating a lively yet relaxed vibe. While the vibe, aesthetic & service was amazing, the food itself left a lot to be desired. Located inside the Kimpton Epic Hotel, for 9:30p on a Saturday evening, it was pretty packed, the DJ was really good and high energy.

We were seated towards the back of the restaurant on the patio which was a lot quieter but still perfect. We ordered a round of drinks to start - I ordered my standard Paloma and was extremely disappointed. It had no taste - not sure if they used grapefruit soda but it might've been flat plus the tequila they used wasn't the greatest so it tasted watered down. We sent it back and received the same thing but adding more grapefruit juice made it bearable.
After ordering an assortment al la carte, the Chilean seabass and Waygu were the highlight. The seabass was super flavorful with a tangy, creamy citrus sauce and prepared perfectly while the Waygu was savory and tender. The remaining options were just ok, nothing too exciting. The shrimp was bland, the corn was good (like elote) and the broccolini was standard.

Our server was very helpful and attentive, and did his best to right the cocktail, but unless you're eating sushi, expect to pay for the vibe and location rather than the food.

Zuma has officially become my favorite spot in the city, and every visit feels like a memorable experience. This time, I had the lobster, and without exaggeration, it was the best I’ve had in a long time—fresh, succulent, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was a true delight for the senses.

However, my only complaint was the service, which wasn’t as attentive as I would have liked. Despite that, what really elevated the experience was the dessert. The chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream was simply outstanding. The contrast between the rich, creamy chocolate and the refreshing vanilla ice cream was the perfect combination to end the night. Zuma never fails to impress me with its quality and ambiance, though I hope the service improves next time

A well-known brand Zuma in Miami is holding up the standard, although the one in NYC is nicer.  While it is very popular for dinner, their business Lunch and weekend buffet brunch are amazing!  For business lunch you get to choose 4 small (and not so small) plate  options from a list. All of that is shareable, so you can try a lot of things from the menu. I love their non alcoholic green match iced tea, which is sweetened with passion fruit syrup, yum! With weekend brunch you can choose the level of champagne or go without one.

I used to love Zuma Miami and considered it the best spot in the city. However, my recent visit has drastically changed my opinion. Here are the reasons why this place is now a 2/5 instead of 5/5:

1. Fish Quality: The fish is NOT fresh.
2. Table Arrangement: Tables are very close to one another, sacrificing guest comfort to increase volume.
3. Management Issues: The previous GM is no longer there, and the current "Assistant GM" lacks experience.
4. Attention to Detail: For a $500 bill, this is unacceptable.
-The server did not bring out water; I was served food before water was provided.
-Sushi did not come with ginger. The response was laughable: "Sorry - forgot because we are busy."

5. Service: Our server, Carlos, did not seem to care about our experience, and the Assistant GM made zero attempts to rectify the situation despite my efforts to give feedback.

On a positive note, the wagyu beef steak, pork belly, and dessert are must-try dishes. Everything else was just "okay" for the price point.

Until Zuma gets proper management, I would advise staying away.

Alltid en njutning att tillbringa några timmar på Zuma. Denna affärsmiddag var ganska intressant i och med att en av mina partners bestämde sig för att dyka upp på sin yacht (du kan segla rätt in) med ett par färska humrar. Kocken tillät inte att de tillagades, men han tog hand om att hålla dem i förvar till senare. Jag hade en känsla av att de inte skulle underhålla vår ovanliga begäran. 

Nu till maten... . bra! Majs är alltid ett måste. Sashimi eller Nigiri, också ett måste. Vissa australiska Wagyu bör alltid väljas. Salladerna och tillbehören är nog några av de bästa i den kulinariska världen. Min erfarenhet av att äta på Zuma är att dela med mig till bordet och beställa så mycket man kan för att verkligen njuta av smakerna. 

När det gäller vin hade vi några flaskor som var helt bra. Sommelieren tar alltid hand om våra behov och har alla mina tidigare besök registrerade för att möjliggöra en bättre flytupplevelse. 

Atmosfären är alltid trevlig och personalen är alltid uppmärksam på våra behov.

De har mycket god mat och cocktails. Vi hade en bra tid och hade kul som en familj. Deras personal är bra och vänlig. Endast deras tjänster är mycket dålig. Dörren välkommen noggrant undersöker kläderna, mitt råd är att gå snygg.

Återigen presenterade Zuma en enastående Miami Spice-meny. Vi åt yellowtail sashimi, krispig stekt tofu, vattenkrassesallad och räkgyoza. Allt utmärkt. Tofun var en förvånansvärt läcker fyrkant panko - skorpad mjuk tofu. Sedan vidare till sushikursen, följt av babykyckling och oxfilé, som inte får missas. Det fanns så mycket mat att jag nästan inte hade plats för dessert. Men vem kunde tacka nej till frukt - fylld chawan mushi och en pekanpaj sundae. Zuma är alltid bra, och dess kryddmeny återspeglar dess höga kvalitet.

Under ett besök nyligen i Zuma Miami torsdagen den 7 augusti var uppförandet av General Manager särskilt oprofessionellt. Interaktionen involverade ohövligt beteende, inklusive olämplig kommunikation och handlingar. Specifikt, vi hölls väntar i matsalen medan ett bord fråga togs upp. Denna erfarenhet stämde inte överens med de höga krav som förväntades. Tyvärr valde vi att lämna lokalerna. Medan tidigare besök på Zuma har varit positiva, är bristen på professionalism som uppvisas av ledningsgruppen oroande. Följaktligen kommer vi inte att återvända. .

Vi började brunchen på Zuma Miami med mycket färska ostron och kaviar, vilket hjälpte till att motivera priset. För två personer, inklusive champagne, skatt och dricks, blev den totala summan cirka 400 dollar. Spridningen av mat var imponerande — ingen hummer, men ett generöst urval av maki rullar och ett gediget sortiment av nigiri. Allt var av hög kvalitet, vackert presenterat, och servicen var smidig genomgående. Sammantaget kändes det som en väl - curated, eftergiven upplevelse som levererade bra värde för en lyxig Miami brunch.

Gick till Zuma med vänner och min son efter att ha sett luftskeppsmuseet i Kendall. Det var enormt roligt och maten är mycket varierad och av utmärkt kvalitet. Servicen var utmärkt. 

Men det som verkligen stack ut var detta. Vi lämnade min Ex jacka med Betjänad service och glömde att hämta ot när vi hämtade vår bil & körde tillbaka till Ft. Lauderdale. En av betjänterna: Adrian Garcia tog jackan personligen till FedEx och postade den tillbaka till henne. Det hindrade hela upplevelsen från att få ett dåligt slut efter en bra dag. 

Vi kommer definitivt att återvända till Zuma restaurang igen som servicen är oklanderlig.

Inget annat än plus på Zuma. . sushi, biff, appar, atmosfär, service och utsikt var alla på punkt. Uteserveringen gör att du kan titta på båtar som färdas genom vattenvägen.

Det finns några, men den här är alltid konsekvent och har en fin utsikt och vibe. 
Det är mer en high end restaurang men erbjuder barnen alternativ och mycket vänlig personal.

Tabellen de tilldelar oss var mosad i slutet av utomhusområdet även vi hade reservation. Maten var för dyr så mycket, musiken var alldeles högljudd. Servern var väldigt pushig på vad vi skulle beställa, vill i princip att vi ska beställa mer och mer. 
I slutändan, med 20% serviceavgift automatiskt läggs till, vill servern fortfarande ha dricks bara för honom. Det var en dyr middag med varje rätt super liten, och enda bra sak var desserten.

Utsökt brunch, utsökt urval av olika livsmedel, fin utsikt från terrassen - en speciell plats för speciella tillfällen. Parkering är lite kaotiskt och priserna är höga. Men det är värt ett besök!

Fortfarande bästa brunchen i Miami efter så många år! Det är dyrt men det är det överlägset bästa brunchalternativet i stan. Tjänsten är också toppen!
