An absolutely exquisite experience and one of the best meals I’ve had in my life; up there with Providence. We did the tasting menu which was absolutely divine from start to finish and we were so thrilled with the expertly crafted sauces and  plantains infused throughout.

Everything was delicious and so carefully, thoughtfully prepared. We were lucky enough to sit at the counter and were able to watch chef work her magic. The Ecuadorean cornbread with smoked butter and Maguey chutney? Shut the front door. The incredible little empanada was a perfectly balanced, three-bite corn pocket powerhouse of flavor served with a bright and oh-so-flavorful three-tomato sauce. The poached langostino in passionfruit sauce with green mango was one of the most beautiful dishes I have ever seen. Pure art that broke my heart a little bit to eat, but healed my soul at the first bite. The Chivo de Muey was incredible, and the adorable little plantain ravioli served alongside were to die for. We shared the pesca encocada and the cerdito y llapingachos, each of which were simply perfect, so well seasoned and adorned with stunning and flavorful accoutrements.

The “pre-dessert” was served by chef herself who remarked that every dinner needs a pre-dessert, and no truer words have ever been spoken. It was a decadent little chocolate mousse with cacao honey that I’ll be thinking about for the rest of my life. The piña para La Niña was also excellent; so bright, complex, fresh and the perfect way to cap an extraordinary meal.

The chef has such mastery of fascinatingly flavorful sauces that expertly accompanied and elevated the main components of each dish. Each plate was truly a work of art. The wine list was superbly curated, service and atmosphere were top notch. Can’t wait to come back for another impeccable dining experience!

Amazing meal from start to finish. Beautiful space, wonderful service, and every dish was incredible. The tasting menu was a great value and a great amount of food. Literally only have good things to say- this place is a GEM!

A great salad with perfectly cooked tuna. Very delicious. Service was good. They do
auto add 18% to groups of 1 or more (aka everyone). I would prefer the choice be left to the diner, rather than having to speak with a manager for any other option. Still the food was lovely and the menu pricing good value.

Wow… Just WOW! I’ve been living in the states since 2018; lived in Chicago, DC, and Miami. I can safely say this is one of the best spots to try Ecuadorian food. Yes, it is a little bit on the gourmet side, but you will taste the uniqueness of Ecuadorian flavors. You must get the pan de yuca, the mahi mahi ceviche, the chivo de muey, and get the tonga. Truly una joyita. I also got the llapingacho and that was the best pork tenderloin I’ve had.

Vi var ett parti av 4 och alla älskade vad de beställde. Servicen professionell och på punkt. För snacks beställ pan de yuca. Vår favoritceviche var Mahi Mahi Manicero. Förrätter älskade Ecuadors langostinos och tortellinis con Seco de Pollo. Och du måste lämna plats för öken. Vi beställde att dela Piña para la Niña och Banana Rom Cake. Jag längtar tillbaka.

Ett måste att gå till plats i Miami om du gillar mat. Mycket intressanta smaker, och topp - notch kvalitet på ingredienserna och omsorgen och kreativiteten hos kocken kommer igenom med varje tugga. Kan inte säga tillräckligt bra saker om denna plats. Servicen är vänlig, och hela atmosfären är bara god mat, trevliga människor.

Detta var en läcker och kreativ ecuadoriansk måltid i en avslappnad och vackert inredd miljö. Från empanadas till chocopop lava tårta, det är en kan inte missa destination i Miami!

Fantastisk ecuadoriansk mat med en modern uppfriskande ta. Atmosfären är varm och välkomnande, så glad att en plats som denna äntligen finns i Miami.

Utmärkt mat! ! ! Och rättvist pris... detta är min 3: e gången här och definitivt kommer tillbaka snart! Ecuadorianskt född, globalt inspirerad!

Denna nya plats är ett MÅSTE! VARJE detalj har varit väl genomtänkt. Rekommenderas starkt om du vill tas med på en unik resa av smaker. Något man MÅSTE beställa är pan de yuca - det bästa i livet som denna delikata ostgalenskap är att dela. Några andra framhäver Manicero-cevichen. Det är en vinnare från smak till konsistens *Munnen vattnas när jag skriver detta* 

Vi beställde också Pesca al Maito (en fest för dina sinnen. Du får smaka aromen i en mycket smakrik Mahi Mahi) , Tortellini Seco de Pollo (Umami vänster och höger. Medan den vackra presentationen kommer att få dig att inte vilja äta denna delikatess, kommer SÅSEN att få dig att be om mer) , och seco de pollo och seco de chivo patacones ( Just WOW. Saftig och mycket smakrik) . 

Nu ska vi prata drinkar och godis. Ett MÅSTE är att få den frysta kakaojuicen, dina smaklökar kommer att tacka mig senare och så kommer din känsla av upptäckt eftersom det är något med kakao du aldrig kommer att ha upplevt i ditt liv. När det gäller sötsaker är Chocopop en sådan fröjd - 75% kakao och 100% lycka. Jag har sötsug, har rest jorden runt och provat många tårtor. Den här hamnade högst upp på min lista - perfekt för fukten i kakan, sötman som inte dränker dig i socker och aromen, wow. 

Allt detta att säga, gå och prova det, du kommer inte att bli besviken. Utrymmet är vackert och varje person som gjorde denna smakrika upplevelse hända var otroligt snäll och kunnig, särskilt den prisbelönta kocken Alejandra Espinoza som gav oss en otrolig bakgrund av menyn och fick oss att känna sig som hemma.

En av mina favoritinvigningar i Miami under 2024 . FANTASTISKA smaker, kreativa rätter och det så - inte - kreativa och mer traditionella är bara perfekt utformade. Ta pan de yuca, humita de la abuelita och en ceviche. Tacka mig senare!
