Huge fan of Richard Blais so was really upset to have missed his appearance by a couple days. He did not disappoint as everything we tried on the menu was delicious. Only disappointment was the Bubble drink arrived extremely late after mains were finished and the bubble burst prematurely. Also the baked alaskan cake which looked great actually had burnt parts so it did not taste as good as it looked.

Was looking forward to dining here, big Richard Blaise fan, but was quite let down. Ambience was blah and drab besides the splashes of pink and flamingoes, felt institutional. Menu sounded interesting, but were disappointed in most dishes. Tuna tostada was star of the show. Coconut shrimp toast had good texture but was dry and flavorless. Seafood moqueca had decent flavor in the sauce, but the seafood was super overcooked. Crab Raviolo with lobster was absolutely terrible-doughy pasta, pasty filling, most overcooked lobster ever, and overly sweet sauce. Very unfortunate experience.

Eating at Four Flamingos was such an incredible dining experience. Every drink was tasty and unique with just the right amount of strength. The food was out of this world. The ravioli was like eating an actual work of art and dont get me started on the ox tail empanadas. wow.  But the best part was the wonderful staff, who made us feel comfortable and welcome the minute we walked in. Treating us as if we had been there a million time before. what a wonderful group of people.
We wanted a special occasion dinner and we got it. Thank you Four Flamingos.
The dessert was so amazing!!

The Magical Dining menu at Four Flamingos is unbelievably worth it. I must have driven past this hotel thousands of times and this was my first visit. The staff was incredible. The menu items were so yummy. It hit every need I had. The drinks were pricey but delicious. I would definitely come back for a special occasion to try the regular menu.
