A great family ran sub sandwich shop. The ingredients are fresh and the prices are great! We eat here often. Friendly and attentive staff.

But one late evening, my crew and I were on the hunt for a good hot dog... and this place delivered something way better than expected. The shop itself has an old-school charm... bright lights, beachy surf-themed knickknacks on the walls, and the kind of spot that feels frozen in time -- in a good way. It was quiet when we walked in, but it was late... and we were just glad they were open. I ordered the Slaw Dawg with mustard, and it came on a crusty, flaky roll that felt like an upgrade from your usual hot dog bun. The slaw was fresh, well-dressed, and balanced the tang of the mustard perfectly. It wasn't overloaded, just done right. My friend grabbed the Chili Dog, which came piled high with hearty chili packed with big beans. It was more of a classic pot-style chili... the kind you could eat from a bowl. If I had gotten it myself, I probably would've wished for a creamier, saucier version for better hot dog coverage... but no complaints from him. The two ladies behind the counter really stood out. They were friendly, sharp, and knew the menu inside and out. Even though we were the only ones there, they stayed busy, kept the energy up, and made us feel welcome. You could tell they took pride in the place and the food they were serving. Big Daddy's has a full menu of subs and sandwiches, and after chatting with the staff, I already know I'm coming back to try the Reuben or cheesesteak. Their recommendations sounded too good to pass up. This place may not be flashy on the outside... but inside you'll find quality food, friendly faces, and that kind of neighborhood charm that's getting harder to find these days. If Bigfoot's coming back for seconds... you know it's solid.

What a great surprise, I have been past this place many times and never thought about it. We were looking for a good hot dog. Instead we got great grilled hotdogs on a great roll(not a hotdog bun) that was toasted. The two lovely ladies behind the counter were very attentive and even offered a military/veteran discount. The chili was adequate and included a pickle at a reasonable price. The decor was that of a down home sandwich shop/deli with an extensive sub/sandwich menu. Can't wait to comeback and try their subs.

We drove out of the way to try this place but apparently it used to be a Larry's Giant Subs and it's just a spin off. Still have an Ultimate but the other sandwich choices are the same but with a different name. Don't get me wrong I love Larry's Giant Subs but I thought I was going to try a different take on a different Sub sandwich spot. Nothing unique about it. Even the chairs were old Larry's sub chairs with the Gorilla emblem covered over with foil tape. The restaurant has plenty of seating, friendly staff, and nice and clean.

Picked up a great lunch today! My sub was delicious, service was fast and the cashier was very friendly. Looking forward to the salad tonight!

Another successful trip to Big Daddy's. We both tried something different. I got the Beef n Bird. It was tasty but not The Ultimate that shall remain my go to. Carl got the Italian Stallion with the usual Mayo lettuce tomato onion but added banana peppers and Italian dressing. I have to say I'm jealous. Service was super fast and really friendly when I added toppings after they already started making it. GET AN EXTRA PICKLE on the side. They are so good! Same with the banana peppers.

Husband and I decided to do a sub off. He went next door to the Sheik while I went over here to Big Daddy's Sub Shop. Upon walking in, I was greeted immediately and the employees were super nice, accommodating, and patient while I decided on what to order. The restaurant was clean as well and reminds me of California with the décor and vibe. I got the the 12 inch Big Man Sub to go. It was a little pricey at $13 and some change (with tax). However, I will say that the sub was a big size for the price. It's essentially a take on the Philly cheesesteak. It had sautéed onions, , mushrooms, peppers, provolone cheese, and shaved sirloin. You can also ask for a pickle on the side. It was honestly, a pretty good sub! I enjoyed it very much. The beef was juicy, tender and the flavor was outstanding! I think what would elevate the sub even more, is the add some banana peppers. It was a pretty fatty, rich, cheesy sub and it just needed a little touch of acidity to bring it all together. I ended up adding the pickle to the sub and it was perfect! You can make it to a combo but I chose not to because we had soda and chips at home. I'd give the sandwich about 8.5/10. The flavors were all there and you know a sub is good when juices are dripping down your face after taking a bite. Overall, a pretty solid place to get a sub but it may be a bit pricy. I would come here again if I was in the area. I'll give this place another chance next time I'm around!

Publix who? This place is the place to go to for a mean sub! I ordered the Italian Stallion after hearing amazing reviews and it was not disappointing! Everything from the deli cuts to the BREAD tastes fresh. I highly recommend subbing honey mustard over the regular mustard. Service was fast and friendly. I can't wait to go back for more

Such great subs! Great hotdogs! Family had a Big Man, Italian stallion and gyro! Fantastic taste and the bread was soft and delicious! I also had to try the Chicago hotdog! It was so big and tasty! They are now my go to place for subs and hotdogs! Service and ambiance are great too!

I was in search of a good cheesesteak on this side of town and found this spot. I called in to order pickup. My friend and I both ordered the Big Man cheesesteaks, but my friend added chicken to theirs. Mine was okay, fresh ingredients but lacked something flavor wise. My friend's on the other hand though, with the addition of the chicken, their sandwich was phenomenal! The chicken really brought everything together! It seems other subs may be the specialty here. The customer service was great and orders were ready at the estimated time. A little pricey, but I will definitely give this place another chance.
