UGH! Stopped here to grab a little lunch before going shopping. The waitress was attentive, and the appetizers were great, but that is where all good stopped. My friend and I both ordered fajitas for our entrée. The rice burned on the plate, and the sauted bell peppers and onions were burned. Not a little burned! Burned to the point that the smell permeated the food. Picked a little off the top. You could taste the burned food. When I told the waitress, she said she could not smell it. The people around us sure could. The sweet tea was good, but that was about it. My stars dropped from a rating of 5 to 1 because of the burned food. It never should have made it to my table. It is a great place to go for appetizers and drinks.

I enjoyed my salad but the steak I ordered lacked flavor. We also had to send it back 4 times because it wasn't cooked right. They did take it off the bill though so that was a plus. I recommended this place if you want a nice house salad.

Ordered online. Door dash delivered the foot promptly, arrived hot and fresh. We had the smash burgers and they definitely were a hit. Being so busy it's nice to know you can order a hot fresh meal to be delivered. Chili's to go is the way to go!!! This review is based on ordering 3 times in the past 2 weeks.

Some of the family likes chilies and some of us does not. I personally do not. Most of the stuff they make there I make it home and it's a whole lot better.. sorry guys, but I need to make it better

We had a disappointing Father's Day dinner--slow service, cold food, and just an all-around frustrating experience. What sucked was I flew in from St. Louis Missouri that very day and was only 4 hours off the plane, just to spend Father's Day with my elderly father. Now the evening may have been bad, but between our Waitress who support was cut from her section prematurely, it was the manager Autumn who stepped up and made things right. I appreciate the lengths she went to make a terrible evening into a fixed one. She checked up on my status in town the next day and asked if she could get a second chance on a wonderful Father's Day experience. She blew it out of the water. I will give the manager 5/5 stars on this one.

So this is a smaller Chili's than the one I normally go to, but a Chili's is a Chili's. The bar area is small but since the bartender has to make drinks for the whole place and wait on tables in the bar area, they should probably have more than 1 bartender on duty. But the reason for my review is the portion size of my salad. I always get the Santa Fe Chicken salad and it has been a few months since I have been to a Chili's and I know the economy is crap and inflation but the size reduction was in half. It was the size of a side salad. But still priced the same. I am still very hungry after eating it snd it used to satisfy me. I won't be going back to a Chili's anytime soon.

Worse experience I've ever had with Chili's. We sat down a few mins after 9 and finally got our food 27 mins later which should have been a sign because the place was about 80% empty. Food was warm and fajitas were bland. Service was awful. The waiter asked if we wanted anything and I requested "sour cream" which I never got because the waiter spent the next 20+ mins talking to the two ladies that were seated behind us. He never checked on us, asked about refills or inquired if we were simply ok. Finally I had had enough and signaled him from his lengthy conversation too ask for boxes to which he brought without a bag . I've never paid my money and been so disappointed, left feeling like my money wasn't green. He honestly should be fired for the way he services customers or lack there of. I notice that every since Covid Customer Service has gone to the dogs. No one cares to represent the business they choose to work for in the best light. This has turned me off from Chili's. I no longer desire to visit another Chili's ever again. If I want ribs I'll find a real rib joint. Awful Service..just Awful
