I've visited this location many times over the years as my mom leaves not far. Cracker Barrel tends to offer a good quality meal at a good price. I personally love the breakfast more than anything else and will order breakfast for dinner as well. The pancakes are always a solid choice as they are nice and fluffy and a little crisp from the butter. The fact they have different syrup options including real maple syrup is also a plus for me. The meats can be over cooked or under cooked depending on the cook. This last visit they had a berry tea that was fantastic and our wonderful server gave us a cup to go as well. Service is usually pretty good. Unfortunately when it's busy, service can kind of lack. This last visit we were sat at a table that hadn't been cleaned by the hostess. There was hash browns and sausage on the floor and when the poor server saw this, she went to go get a broom to clean. She felt terrible. No one looked at the chairs though, which also had food, so I swept it on the floor. It was terrible, but I felt bad for the server as well. The store is fun to look around at, the biggest issue I have is that there is one line for paying your bill and for the store checkout. The line can be long and take quite some time. They recently added a barcode at the bottom of your receipt to pay online, however I don't think most of the crowd has noticed so the lines are long. Whether the service is hit or miss and the food cooked properly, Cracker Barrel offers something for everyone so all in your party can leave satisfied.

This was my first time at this location today. I decided to go here for lunch because I was in the area today. I managed to find a parking spot upon arrival. The food at this location was looking real good today. The service was really good today as well. For lunch I decided to have their chicken fried chicken topped with cheddar cheese. To my surprise it was very good, and the outside was very crunchy as well. The cheese was okay and I wish that it had more cheese on it. The broccoli was very good and steamed good as well too. Whenever I'm in this area again, I'll make sure I stop off here to eat.

We ordered food from this CB thru Uber Eats. The food was delicious. The sausage biscuits and gravy, the hash brown casserole and the fried apples were all amazing. My sister got the catfish and she too thought it was amazing. We had one minor snafu, she was missing her cole slaw and condiments. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, I wasn't upset I just wanted to let them know what happened. The manager was very gracious and understood that it's the little details that makes the meal. So she put my name in her recovery book and we can go in and eat and get a free meal. I thought that was very considerate just for cole slaw.

One great thing about CB is that you can always rely on their food to be the same no matter which location you go to in the country--a good thing esp when I travel for my job. The waitress was friendly and attentive, making sure the coffee was always topped off. I like the newly refurbished decor at this location--lighter, brighter and more open. The only downer is that the interior noise is louder. I also wish that they replaced their Triangle Peg game since most are grimy and missing pegs.

This meal was placed as a group to-go order. The taste was decent but cold. Thank goodness for microwaves. Check out took 15 minutes with only one cashiers but multiple employees walking around the store refusing to assist (I asked 2 of them). The line was backed into the dining room. A manager came and had another employee open an additional register (the same one who refused to assist). She was not pleased when I showed up In her line.

wow, what an upgrade to cracker barrel...looks wonderful, fresh paint tables, window coverings really brightens the ambiance and the feel. fantastic waiter. the last cracker barrel we went to was last month in cape girardeau, missouri and it was dingy and dusty. this cracker barrel everything was absolutly fantastic!! awesome job!! if your passing thru orange park please stop you will be happy you did!

Excellent breakfast place. Wish we had this chain of restaurants back home in Southern California. Awesome customer service and great food, loved the whole atmosphere. Party of 2, around 8:20 am. Lots of parking, not a busy restaurant this early and during the week. Michele was our waitress this morning (4 stars on her apron). She was super nice, helped me pick something good, and very attentive. The food was soooo delicious! I had the Grandma's Sampler $11.49 (Sweet ham, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and hash brown casserole). On point! Specially the hash brown casserole, never had that before. It was really good. Excellent experience. We'll definitely be back here before going back to California. We loved it!

This is our 2nd time going to this location. We are from out of town but have family in the area and this restaurant is next to the hotel we always stay at. The restaurant was clean and the waitress was very friendly and personable. She made sure our coffee cup was always full and we had plenty of water. My husband ordered the pancake tacos and said they were very good. I had the blueberry pancakes and they were delicious. The outsides were crispy, and the insides were light and fluffy. They help up well with syrup, not getting all soggy. If you are looking for a traditional southern breakfast in a casual environment, check them out!

I can truly say, I used to travel thru Tennessee and loved to eat at Cracker Barrel, with that old country feel and fire going. Now I can truly say I won't ever stop a one again The campfire chick dinner was so full of preservatives that my body should be better than botox, my husband's chic and dumpling had so much plus a pound of salt in the chicken and dumplings it would brine your tongue. The corporation that decided to update and change the food to get a younger crowd in, we'll I can say I've never seen Cracker Barrel so empty and lack of customers unless it's at 6 am and they are just opening but people was starting to come in. I think the people in charge of these new corp and their new hip ideas need to ask the older management to come back and teach them something.

Well, my wife and I decided to go to Cracker Barrel. We were seated promptly at the back of the restaurant. The waitress came over in few minutes and took our lunch order. We ordered the country fried chicken with mashed potatoes and pinto beans. Well, our order arrived in about 10 minutes. The chicken was nice and hot and tasted pretty good, my mashed potatoes were on a piece of paper that was sitting on a plate and the potatoes were cold, I could've picked up the potatoes with my fork in one swoop. The pinto beans were swimming in juice. I didn't order pinto bean soup! I brought it to the attention of the waitress and she replied I know It's been like that for a while. What a bad experience and meal. I think we're done with Cracker Barrel!
