I placed my order at 8:24pm and my order was cancelled at 8:52pm. I went to the store and it was still opened! I asked why my order had been cancelled and they said "because we close in 50 mins".... Which at this point was 9:10pm, but I had place my order 40+ minutes prior!!!! Just lazy, unprofessional and inconsiderate but also very inconvenient. I won't be ordering from here again and you can check my history. I order from them a lot! Not anymore. I'll also be telling all my friends and family not to order from them as well!

I ordered a bacon pizza and picked it up. I got home opened it and was a pepperoni. I let them know and nothing happened just my bad. I figure I'll try them again and got a pizza that wasnt cooked all the way. I let corporate know and nothing has happened since then. Please avoid these fools because they don't take customers food orders seriously. It's my money and I'll go to pizza hut for now on or Papa johns.

Domino's is a good take out pizza place. For a chain restaurant the food is pretty good and they have different topping options. They now offer different sauce options for people like me who do not like red sauce. Their crust is good. It is never overcooked and hey offer many options including a gluten free option. I really like that I can order online or through my app. Personally I like the app. They offer the coupon codes through the app and after you place your order, you can track the status. It tells you when they've gotten the order, when it's being put together and hen its in the oven. The. When it's done or if it is on its way. I have never had a customer service issue and haven't had to wait long because due to the tracker I don't walk in until the pizza is done. I suggest you give them a try if you haven't had it in a while.

The thin crust is very good, once they sent us the wrong size pizza and gave us 25$ credit towards our next meal. Defiantly can't be mad about that. For fast food pizza this is top tier, thin crust with 6 cheese! Official pizza score is 7.4

Here's my name! A manager claims that they don't have to give their name. Why is that you ask? Most likely because she is an absolute horrible 'manager". Mess up a delivery order then tell us that we have to wait an hour to an hour and a half for you to rectify YOUR ERROR. Absolutely ridiculous! Oh and hold on to the screwed up pizza for the driver to take back. That was clearly a tactic for us to take what we get and a F#@% you. That is NOT how you treat people! Corporate, store owner and everyone else will hear about this! Disgusting customer service!!!

This is the absolute worst domino's pizza in the HISTORY of domino's pizza. I will never give them my money again. Employee told me 30-45 minute delivery time. My pizza didn't show up for almost two hours. 1 hour and 43 minutes to be exact. It was cold and stale. This has happened numerous times. DO NOT order delivery from this dominos. Worst customer service I've ever had.

WORST DOMINOS EVER, took them 2.5 hours to deliver cold pizza. We even tried to pick it up from the store but the one worker that was there was unresponsive & talk down to us & eventually told us that the driver was on the way to our house. We ended up beating the driver & waiting 15 more minutes once we returned home. We tried calling the store to ask them if there was anything else they could do & the same guy that we talked to in store (at this point we found out that he was a manager how he got that position is unknown) & he hung up on us. If you want pizza delivered in a reasonable amount of time & hot ORDER FROM ANY OTHER PIZZA PLACE IN TOWN. If there was an option for 0/5 I would give them that.

I was starving so I don't normally do delivery but last time I called PH it was off the chain high! I decided to check our Dominos and wow I was not disappointed they were not expensive and were fast and friendly. Thank you. The lady who took the order could have been a little friendlier and educated me on specials and been a little nicer but other than that they were awesome! Thank you Dominos
