Super easy check in. Very nice staff. Clean room. Comfy firm bed with linens that were light and just right. Pillows very nice. We will probably try out hot tub before we check out and have some breakfast. We will check out the menu here and if it doesn't strike our fancy there are several good spots nearby.

Clean rooms...what more could you ask for at a hotel? The coffee pot wasn't perfectly clean, but I didn't use it anyway. The fitness center was small, but I was in there alone so it really didn't matter. During COVID, I can't imagine more than 2 people being comfortable in there. The suite I had was arranged well, and offered privacy if you needed it. Breakfast was available downstairs, but if I have to pay for it, I'm going somewhere to get what I want. I travel for work monthly, so I'd definitely stay here again. Quiet neighborhood, no outside noise.

When we arrived there was pee on the toilet seat and hair on the toilet. Also there was a ball on the floor that wasn't ours. Desk argued with us satin the room was cleaned but clearly it wasn't. They had no housekeeping so they gave us a new room. We prepaid for breakfast through Expedia but the hotel did not honor it. The lady who checked me in was great.

7/7/23 Update. Gave this property another try. Nope. Last visit. They still don't understand how the "food and beverage credits" should be applied. In fact, they didn't bother to apply them at all! Just take my money. This is also a Hilton issue, they never should have implemented this "food and beverage credit" system, it's a terrible burden for the hotel staff and a pain for guests to audit. My room this time was just as worn out and beat up as last time. Lesson learned. Not up to Hilton standards. The property felt worn out (carpet, paint, doors, etc). Also, the pool & hot tub were 'closed for the season'?? What season? This is not buffalo NY. Asked for 2 additional pillows, was forced to go down to the lobby at 10pm and wait 15 mins for someone to show up and go get them. Finally, they don't understand what the "Breakfast Included" reservations mean, they still charged us for breakfast. The HGI near 7 Bridges in Jacksonville is much better, worth the extra commute IMHO. Update: After bringing this to the hotel and the diamond desk's attention, the resolution was paltry.

I have stayed in this hotel twice and will try to continue to stay here whenever I have to go to NAS Jax The personnel at the front desk are all very nice and take care of any issues/concerns/assistance immediately Madeline is fantastic The location is very convenient to the base The pool is nice It doesn't seem to ever feel too crowded I haven't had any issues that weren't taken care of promptly They have a great breakfast that offers eggs to order if you have time They also have a bar Whoever does the hiring does a good job cause everyone I have dealt with is friendly

Diamond Member Review Marginal. The best word to describe the property. Upon arrival for a two day, business trip, none of the hotel keys were working. Front counter staff had to use a master key to shuttle people in and out of their rooms. Not exactly great. Had dinner in the lobby restaurant first night. It was OK. The bartender was not bad, but not great either. What you might expect in a hotel lobby bar. Second night I was not interested in going out, so I decided once again to eat at the hotel. Sat for approximately 10 minutes while the same bartender from the night before was having Chitty chat small talk at the bar. Looked at me three times, but never acknowledged me. I felt as though I was completely invisible. The rooms are decent. Clearly they've been remodeled in the past year or two. The air conditioning unit? Sounds like the furnace in a 1940s destroyer class ship. Then, outside my window the first morning they were having a power washing convention. No, I'm serious. Doing some type of demonstration with power washing equipment they were approximately 20 to 25 men lined up, drinking coffee having a smoke just making hay. Incredible. Will I come back? Probably not. I find these reviews very discouraging as I spend an enormous amount of time on the road.

I don't really know how to rate a hotel. I had issues with my a/c but it was fixed. The bed was comfy. The lobby though, was an ice box! The worst was that when my a/c broke, I decided to try to sleep with the temperature reading 83°, not cool... The area isn't much to speak for. Has the usual food spots around it. The front desk service was decent. Just the temperature killed it for me. Especially with all of this nonsense weather coming through. I don't see why you have to pay for a breakfast that doesn't include everything on the menu. The "Make Your Own Waffles" didn't exist. The rest of the food was typical but nothing amazing. The Omelette situation is legit with the ordering at the window or with the wait staff. But the second day, they didn't deliver. We had to flag the waitress down and away from the person working at the front desk. Unsat folks. The first girl was so sweet to us! After it all. I've had better experiences.

Stayed at this hotel with my husband and two toddlers for one night while visiting family. The cleanliness and service was what I've come to expect from this brand. I worked out while my famiky enjoyed breakfast. The hotel charges $10.95 per person, ml for breakfast, we added it when we booked our room online for and additional $14. My husband said breakfast was great he had an omelette and French toast made to order. The workout room was average had all of the typical equipment and free weights. The only disappointment was that our junior suite did not have a door to separate the sleep areas. If there was at least a pocket door I would've rated this place 5 star. When I pay extra for a suite I expect to have a door for added privacy .

This location is....lacking. First appearance is major construction happening in the parking lot. The Hampton Inn next door is under major renovation (and closed) but looks like a condemned building. There is also a gas station (I believe) our front that is closed and starting to get over grown. That being said, the lobby is beautiful! I didn't have time to look around due to the event I was attending kept me busy but I believe there was a store of some sort, there was also two sitting areas as well as a fire place and various plant decorations. It was a nice waiting area. Continental breakfast was served every morning from 7-11 which is long for most hotels and the dining area looked nice (I didn't eat). The room is what really brought the rating down for me. I pre-checked in and was able to pick my room, I had never been here before so I let the computer pick. Room 202 has NO VIEW (see picture). There was a view of the room and a tarp. I had a 2 queen bed room, there was so much furniture in the room it made it seem very small and cluttered. The bathroom smelled like someone used it when I first got there (). So much so I opened the tank just to make sure someone didn't leave a disgruntled surprise in there. The satellite tv didn't work during my entire 20 hrs there. I called down to have it fixed, they came up rebooted it and said it would be back up in 30 min. Never happened. I complained as I was checking out and the waived all charges. This is the soul reason I am giving a 4-Star rating. Customer service is a rare find these days but the manager on duty had it!
