Went to get two large pepperoni pizzas they would not give me a little side cup of pineapples. Wouldn't let me pay for a side of pineapples. Which made no since january 16th 730pm the one on wells rd and debarry ave orange park fl

Went to pick up two cheese pizzas, which are normally advertised as "hot and ready". We waited over 20 minutes and, once arriving home, discovered the pizza was burned and had uneven, overly thick crust. To say it was a dumpster fire would be giving them too much credit. Very disappointing.

Disappointing to say the least. Placed my ordered online. It was supposed to be done at 6:08. 30 minutes later after waiting in the store it's still not done. Avoid this location at all costs. Management needs to address some issues.

Horrible experience with this place. I placed an order through their app for delivery on the food got here it was 26 minutes late it was cold and half the order was missing called only to receive a rude lady who told me she could not help me and then I spoke to another guy and he also did not help me so now I have half my order Cole pizza and no refund

This location is so bad. There is rarely anyone ever at the counter & they make you sit there for a while until someone decides to show up. They never answer the phone- absolutely forget it if it's within 1 1-1/2 hours of closing and when you do place an order if you get a hold of them, it's always rushed, under cooked and the box is always shoved inside the pizza.

My family ordered 2 pizzas. Both were made to boost extremely unappetizing and tasted absolutely disgusting! The soda we purchased on the side was also 8 MONTHS expired! Which means the location doesn't care about the quality of ANYTHING!

I am saddened as I used to like to eat here. Three people working here none of them wore gloves or mask. Handling money at the cash register and then right back to handling food with their bare hands did not even wash them I had seen enough while in line and had to leave. What is it with people, bars and restaurants are the number one places spreading the COVID-19. Incredible!!! Is it that hard or expensive to put on gloves and a mask?

There should be an option for zero stars because this location doesn't even deserve one at all. I placed an order via LC app. When I got the order and got it inside I realized I had the wrong order. I attempted to contact the number I'd gotten a text from to inform me my driver was on the way. I didn't know this at the time but Door Dash is contracted for a Little Caesars delivery service. The order was already late. By nearly 45 minutes. I wasn't able to reach the delivery driver on my 1st call attempt. I began a text message and the driver called in. Driver did not speak or understand English well. This is what I got "LISTEN LADY! LISTEN LADY. YOU CALL LITTLE SISTER!!!" The driver is shouting and I couldn't understand him well. My anxiety level was escalating. I hung up. I tried to call the restaraunt and dialed 3 times. No answer. The driver called me again. Another stressful shouting phone call and no clear resolution. About 35-40 minutes, the driver calls again and says to bring the pizza. My fiance takes the pizza out and was handed another order by a second person with the driver. Please note my order was originally placed to be a contactless delivery. So close to two hours after I placed my order, we finally open our pizza boxes. The deep dish was not thoroughly baked. The dough pulled and stretched almost like the cheese is supposed to. It was nauseating because we found out it was underbaked when biting into a piece. I was so mad and still am so pissed off. We abandoned the pizza and scrambled some eggs for dinner. It was too late to order anything at this point. The next day, with the pizza intact with the exception of the 2 pieces we had a bite from, I contacted the restaraunt. Noah, assistant manager answered my call. I explained the ridiculous scenario that took place the night prior and rather than empathy, apology, resolution he tells me what transpired with the Door Dash driver wasn't on them. Not their fault. Nor their responsibility. Excuse me ? If Door Dash is who is contracted to deliver for you then yes you are responsible for every aspect of the process from the product to the delivery of that product. I hadn't even gotten to the undercooked food part of my complaint yet. After I explain the pizza condition, Noah tells me to bring the pizza in. Oh hell no I'm not. I requested contactless delivery for a reason. We are in the midst of a pandemic, with numbers and mutations in the rise. I told Noah he is welcome to come pick it up but explained with my current immunodeficiency issues, I was not bringing him anything. Noah then tells me to send pictures to his personal cell phone. I sent 2 pictures and a video demonstrating the undercooked stretchy pizza dough. Noah tells me when his bookkeeper comes in the following Monday ( the order took place on a Friday night and our conversation took place on a Saturday ) he will have her issue me a full refund. It's Thursday, 6 days after the worst food delivery experience of my life, and I have NOT received a refund as I was told I would. Because of this establishment's unprofessionalism and unwillingness to make their own errors right, I'm out over $30.00 I worked hard for and wasn't even able to consume the food at all. I was lied to and dismissed. I don't feel Noah should be in any position of management as he is not equipped with the tools of professionalism needed to handle customer and quality control issues. The employees also need better training in food prep because my pizza was absolutely not cooked and not edible. I'm not done with this yet. I've emailed a corporate email address and I will continue to seek resolution. I now want an apology as well. Order pizza from here at your own risk.
