I think Pierre's Eatery deserves five stars for two reasons: For its incredible white pizza and its amazing customer service! I have to say that Pierre's has one of the best if not the best New York Style White Pizza within the Duval and Clay County area. What differentiates Pierre's white pizza to its competitors is its delicious white sauce. The white sauce is an incredible blend of creamy and buttery flavors which harmonizes well with the mozeralla cheese topping. The white sauce is also generously applied to the pizza to the point where it easily matches the thickness of the mozeralla layer of the pizza. In addition to their delicous white pizza, Pierre's also has consistently great customer service. I've eaten at Pierre's for months now and every employee that served me thus far has been friendly and engaged in helping me find the most satisfying meal choices. This serves as a welcoming reminder that the food industry does not need to be a robotic exchange of food for currency that we have become accustomed to seeing in larger food chains. All in all, I think Pierre's has provided a very satisfying experience. They clearly value their customers and their white pizza provides a unique experience that diversifies them from their competitors. If your looking for a contender for the best New York Style White Pizza in the Duval and Clay County area then definitely give Pierre's Eatery a try!

So I don't hang out at the mall often, but I've been going the the AMC movies in Orange Park thanks to the gift card I got for Christmas. So in the food court I went looking for something different than the same old stuff that's been there for years. Pierre's stood out amongst the crowd, so I figured "why not?". The prices are very competitive and the portions aren't too small. I the lunch sized option of Baked Ziti with a side of 2 meatballs & a breadstick for $7.99! Now the Ziti was slightly overcooked as were the meatballs, however the taste was ok at best. The meatballs tasted more of breadcrumbs than meat inside and the breadstick which was on the display behind the glass counter sneeze guard was reheated in the pizza oven and was chewy and a bit overseasoned (salty). Maybe it was an off day or watching my Ziti being scraped from a few crockpots next to the register, but I don't know if I'll be giving them a second chance.

Tonight my mother and I decided to be adventurous and eat at the local mall food court. While there she introduced me to an amazing place called Sarku Japan, but I had a craving for a calzone. Luckily the next booth over was this one, an Italian food booth. I went over very excited and since I was craving pepperoni I was willing to take anything and pay more if needed. Unfortunately, they didn't have any pepperoni ones fresh and when I asked they said I had to buy all 4 if I wanted them to make any new ones. Sorry but that sounded quite ridiculous. If they were closing soon I would totally understand but they still had 3 solid hours left. On a positive side the smell was wonderful and price reasonable- $5.45 for a calzone. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to taste it. Hope you do...

Pierres Eatery is terrible, horrible service, nasty food, rude employees. Never again am I going there. I don't know if it was just that one but I'm never trying it again.

I will never- in a million years return to this establishment. I didn't think it was possible to lower inexistent expectations, but somehow I wound up disappointed. I saw yelp, thought it was a hoax, but nope, they were right. Would not recommend.
