The company has been professional and beyond and above compassionate in the scheduling process. Will update once we go for our ride!

Update: This was an amazing experience! It was so calm and smooth floating above everything. My boyfriend is afraid of heights and said this was the calmest he's ever felt at such a height and that he actually relaxed and really enjoyed himself. The crew is wonderful, very experienced, and personable.

Awesome experience. Gotta say I was terrified at first, but that went away in about 5 minutes as promised! The team is great and kept the spirits high the entire time making jokes and having a good time. Would definitely recommend and would do again!!!

Max and the crew are the best. They are experienced, witty, and all around good people. Being afraid of heights, I wasn't sure what to expect, but they let me know what would happen at each step, and once we were in the air, I was completely at ease. We got to help set the balloon up, then gently floated away for a tour over the area and finally landed softly. I highly recommend Air Hounds to anyone looking to take a hot air balloon trip.

What an experience! Highly recommend flying with Max, he’s an excellent pilot! The whole thing from start to finish was a blast, and the views were incredible. Max kept us entertained the whole time whether it was balloon stories and facts, anecdotes of previous flights, or pointing out things you normally just drive by. I’m usually not the best with heights but not once did I have any fear! Though I do believe the jokes could have been worse ;p. If you’re on the fence, hop off and come out, you’ll have a blast!

Matt and Nicole were more than immaculate, their passion, knowledge and professionalism is unmatched.
I had a million questions and they had the answers lol
I truly enjoyed this  incredible escapade as it was a birthday gift to myself.
The pictures don’t suffice or amount to the experience I’ve endured here.
I can’t wait to do it again!
The balloon I rode in was  named  Dreams and  Legacies as it held a sentimental value.
We flew up 1,254 feet high.
I’m still on cloud 9 from this experience.
