A stay at The Colony Hotel is no ordinary stay. First the monkey murals on the walls are magical. The music by the pool in the afternoon & evening is wonderful. We have stayed at The Breakers before, which was very nice, but The Colony has that chic, classy, cozy vibe that can’t be duplicated. The food was delicious, we got to know many of the guests, such an elegant & more importantly fun group of people. But in my opinion, what sets it apart is the staff! Such friendly, professional, and caring staff. They did everything possible to make our stay wonderful. This is now our “home away from home”. Tiffany at the front desk was so charming, this “ Sandra Bullock” look-alike really understands her guests & delivers exceptional service. Her manager, Asia, was also very helpful. Ruddy at the front desk provided exemplary service and Chris at the bar makes an Espresso Martini that is magnificent. Thank you all, we will miss you & can’t wait to come back.

We go on an annual girls trip and this one was our favorite. We barely left the hotel for 5 days! The service was impeccable. The driver service was amazing and all of the men were so helpful with recommendations. Fausto was our server by the pool the whole time and the best! Ask for the Roda Spritz and some truffle fries. I’m still thinking about that drink!

I only put one star for the rooms bc I didn't stay I only popped in for dinner but that was more than enough. Absolutely stellar!! I simply have to try the rest of the menu so I'll be back. Great setting and atmosphere. Feels like you stepped back into a glam older Florida. Food & service was top of the line. Really enjoyed my meal and short stay at the bar. Will have to book an overnight.

The Colony is the ultimate Palm Beach Hotel for the Lilly Pulitzer lover. You can even stay in the newly released Lilly themed suite. From the hotels pink exterior to the monkey themed lobby. It’s everything a Palm Beach hotel should be. The pool area is my favorite with the restaurants and live music. There was a large wedding while we were visiting but there was plenty of room for our large group too. They also have the most adorable little carts that will take you shopping along Fort Worth and to the beach. Much cuter than your typical van or car. If you can’t stay at least go for dinner and drinks. I recommended at night by the pool. You won’t be disappointed! I did notice some negative reviews about price. You have to take into consideration that it’s Palm Beach. Not the Jersey Shore. It’s also an iconic landmark and the service js impeccable.

It’s not called the pink paradise for nothing! It’s beyond paradise. This place embodies the best of everything in a cozy small package which is exactly how I like it. It exceeded the expectations. Perfect location and great services right there within reach. Frankly, once we checked in we didn’t ever have to leave. All the small design details make the experience an enchanting one by speaking to all the senses. Going to the beach and shop on Worth Ave are all just within steps. And if it’s too hot and you simply don’t want to walk they have several vehicles to shuttle you around for free. So once you arrive you are in good hands. Rooms are well designed and laid out. Beautiful well considered details, comfortable beds. We had a suite with two bathrooms and a living room. It felt like home, and we quickly settled in. The pool area is fantastic without getting too loud. On site restaurants and coffee shop are great. There are only two minor things I was able to overlook but will mention. First one is the beautiful scent that greets you at the lobby. Even though we loved it so much of it was pumping in the lobby it was inducing headache. Could lighten up on the dosage probably and still smell pleasant. Second one was that there were tiny ants, yes ants not bedbugs, on the bedroom desk. When our delicious macaroons were left on that table we discovered them crawling on it. Can’t blame the ants - who doesn’t want a Ladurèe macaroon! We weren’t bit or bothered, just surprised to see them. Property is well kept and beautiful. Poolside service was also great, including making your chez and bringing cocktails and food over. I would highly recommend it for your next Palm Beach trip. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back!
