I order takeout via the app. The restaurant did not give me the correct order at pickup. I didn’t realize it until I was home. They said the app did not capture the details of my pizza toppings so that was wrong, and they sent me on my way missing a chicken parm dinner with pasta included. I asked them to deliver it 5 minutes down the road bc I was already home with my kids and they said it would take an hour because they never made the chicken parm in the first place. The girl at the front told me they would remake the whole order and deliver it, then called back 5 minutes later to tell me her manager only wanted to send the missing items. Terrible service tonight. And they need to get their app working correctly!

First time I brought pizza from this place the pizza was burned on the bottom very dry. Tried giving it a second chance but it turned out the same. We spoke with Manager and he was very rude. If you want burned pizza then this is the place to go. The wings didn’t taste good either.

Sam's New York Style definitely was quite good. It had the spices, the sauce was unique and tasted  full with flavor. The mushrooms where standard, the pepperoni's where good, the gree peppers and onions where fresh exploding with flavor. We had a discount for 25% off whole bill. Buch of kids working in there but they know how to make a pie. 👌
I could of been a bit hotter, but we were few minutes late so our fault.

So here’s the thing - we love sams pizza and they would have gotten 5 stars for the pies but we have been ordering from them for awhile now (over a year to be exact) and I’ve always ordered the caprese salad- mind you it’s $7.99 it use to always come with tomatoes wrapped around the tin however the last few times it’s been getting skimpier and skimpier- so this time I specifically asked when I phoned order in had something changed and the girl reassured me she would make sure it was full and made correct- so when I got there and saw again I got like 4 tomatoes she asked the “salad maker” and she said the tomatoes are small- 😳 that still doesn’t explain why it’s like less then half of what I use to get - we are going to try some new spots around town if this is the experience and service we receive. Especially for $7.99!!
