Fantastic experience at Noble Crust! The service was top notch, and the cocktails were spot-on ... My Hendricks dirty martini was absolutely perfect. The food was excellent, fresh and flavorful. After driving by countless times saying, "We need to try that place out," we finally did and we were not disappointed! It's quickly become one of our favorite neighborhood spots. Highly recommend!!

However, it is only once one is seated that the illusion begins to fracture. The true shortcomings of The Noble Crust do not stem from its front-of-house staff, but rather from a kitchen that appears wholly incapable of sustaining the expectations set by its branding.

I typically adhere to a strict principle when dining out: avoid appetizers when ordering pizza. Yet, the beignets on the menu seemed intriguing enough to warrant an exception. In hindsight, I regret my momentary lapse in judgment. To put it bluntly, the service was abysmal. For an establishment that dares to charge at such a premium, a 100-minute dining ordeal is simply inexcusable. No patron should be expected to wait 43 minutes for an appetizer, nor should a pizza and a chicken sandwich take nearly as long. At these prices, one might reasonably expect efficiency—if not excellence. The Noble Crust, unfortunately, offers neither.

Wow, we were going to go somewhere else but glad we didn't.  This place is AMAZING. Loved the food and the service is outstanding. The pics are of double smash burger(mmm so good), brussels sprout appetizer ( i never knew fruit went well with them), the noble pig pizza, truffle fries (yummy) and chocolate mouse desert that was soooooo good. If you don't come here it is you lose out.

First timer.  The happy hour was good if you like a single wash with your liquor or a classic martini.  Wines were still a little pricey. The menu looked good and it did not disappoint!  I had the southern fried chicken (sweet hot) with cucumber salad and mac & cheese.  Awesome!  Service folks were very friendly & attentive. It gets crowded so parking can be a challenge.  I absolutely recommend this place.

What an awesome hidden gem. My wife said the scallops were the best she ever had. The espresso martini was great. The fried green tomatoes with pork belly was amazing. And the truffle fries are a must with the aioli dipping sauce.
