Spent the day soaking up the sun at Caddy's! We ate both breakfast and lunch there, and though the menu was small, the food was fantastic and reasonably priced! We had the yogurt parfaits and breakfast burritos, and also the mahi tacos, chicken strips, and quesadillas. Everything was quick and served hot right to our beach chairs that were provided. Our server, Alex, did a great job and was attentive and so fast. She was seriously impressive! We will definitely be back on our next trip.

It just reopened two weeks ago and is definitely a more basic look, but perfect for a beach day.  We spent the day on the beach. They offer free chairs and umbrellas for those eating there.  We ordered breakfast and lunch as well as drinks.  Our server, Alex, was amazing.  She checked in with us frequently and we were served food and drinks very quickly.  We had the Mahi Mahi tacos, Smash Burger, Quesadillas, and Chicken Strips.  All came out within 5-10 minutes of ordering and were tasty and was very reasonable ($15 ish). Parking is $8 per hour or $28 a day.  All of it was well worth every penny!!

I went to Caddy's for the first time on a date the week before Hurricane Helene came through. We are eagerly waiting for Caddy's to rebuild and reopen. I hope the wonderful woman who took the amazing photo of us with the sunset and Caddy's cups sees this review and knows how happy we are 😊 from the sunset, the rain that forced us inside, and the amazing food and service even after the rain caused chaos, we loved our first date here and look forward to many more memories down the road.

Caddy’s Treasure Island is our go-to spot! It’s been a while since we’ve been there so wasn’t sure what it was like after the storm last year. Yes, they have damages but still serve up great food and drinks! They have a large tent set up and have a smaller parking lot but added parking across the street. The food menu is smaller but mighty! They do not offer frozen drinks but most others. They still have beach service as well! One thing we weren’t sure about was the chair/umbrella situation, and pleased to say they are there as well! They had a bathroom trailer that was clean so better that porta potties! We went during the week so that may be why no live music. We didn’t ask. Fun was had by all! ❤️🏖️☀️

Caddy’s is open and making the best of a what they got left after the storm!  They’ve put up a tent and have a bathroom trailer. Nice spot directly on the beach with chairs/ umbrella available. We had shrimp tacos with a delicious sauce and a smash butcher that had great flavor!  I got the fruit as a side and it was nice portion of fresh cut fruit. Check it out and support a local business trying to get their feet back on the ground. 😊
