Decent but they seem understaffed. Called many times and was placed on hold after phone rang for what seemed like forever. Conveniently located and I am sure the need is just a constant in such a heavily populated area. Once you get in, things seem to run smoothly. I did learn you can asked to be placed on a wait list for a different car if you have to be in something for a long time and don't really like what you end up with.

They were out of the vehicle I needed, but Shaun made sure to find me a vehicle to fit my needs at a nearby Enterprise and reserved it for me.

I never have an issue with this location, they are always very helpful and pleasant. I have had different situations from reserving early to last min. Situations with my cars going into the shop and they always make it happen for me. Shawn and Chris ( I believe ) are the best I have dealt with, out of the 3 locations I have rented from in Jacksonville. This is the only one I go to now for my needs. Thank you

We have been long time members and using enterprise for our car rental needs. We made reservations to this Fruit Cove location online a month prior to our upcoming trip. At two different timepoints, Chris from this location called and told us that the vehicle class we had reserved would not be available and to contact other locations to find the vehicle class. While I appreciate the call, it was poor customer service to just leave it at that rather than finding our vehicle class. We contacted enterprise regional and they "were going to look into it and call us back". Needless to say we did not receive a call back. We called this location again when we updated the reservation to another vehicle class, and the gentleman said they had the vehicle class available. Again we received a call a few days later from Chris stating that the newly picked vehicle class was not available. We contacted regional which placed an urgent request to address the matter. We have not received a call. We ended up just cancelling the reservation and going with another company that guaranteed when we made the reservation that they would have the vehicle class needed. I believe this particular enterprise location is acting with poor communication between its employees and the manager. Also lack of customer service, especially with no attempt to honor the reservation or even assist to find the vehicle class needed. The website still says that you can reserve the particular vehicle class for the time frame we were requesting. One star is too much for this location. I think enterprise HQ should look into Chris and the management team to assess their practice and customer service skills.

This place is awful. I called from the repair shop as their recording says "we got you!" And was put on hold for 45 minutes... finally gave up and got an uber! The repair shop confirmed that they never are able to get through either!

The worst enterprise I have ever been to. The car is never ready for your reservation time, but if you reserve too early and don't show until later they'll give your car away. Their excuse is that they are understaffed every single time I've rented from here. If you need a decent car in a timely fashion, DO NOT GO HERE. You'd be better off driving to the airport and renting from National since it would actually be quicker.

Edit: The manager contacted me personally and worked with me to rectify the problems that I had regarding my rentals. I had three cars in the span of 14 days. None of the cars had gas in them when I got them, so I immediately had to stop and fill them up. One had a chip in the windshield when I got it. The second was dirty inside. The third car smelled like cigarette smoke and ended up with a flat tire alarm going off, which is what led me to take the car back early. I was told that it was "probably just a faulty sensor in the car."

First time renting from this location. Sam went above and beyond to get me in the right car. It was an easier process with reservation I made. I would highly recommend this enterprise for car rental.

I've been renting from this location for some time now (weekly for business). Ever since the management change, pick up and drop off have been unreliable. I had to write this review finally after waiting over an hour to be picked up making me miss my business meeting. Shape up or you will loose my business for good.
