We’ve bought many skids with the gx690 and tsf2021 a 8.5gpm 3500psi unit: they use their own brackets under the pump which is totally repurposed with all the additional drill holes and very tight Allen bolts access with this bracket; they should use a regular hex head bolt so they could torque them down properly but DON’T! I’ve welded up these brackets several times cracking along the many useless drill holes and they keep using the oem pump bolts they can’t properly torque down and always falling out and breaking their bracket.

They will not warranty my pressure washer after I let them know the pump is no good. Says it must be something else and the only way they would know is if I drive 4 hours away to take it to one of their approved shops. Will definitely never buy from them again.

I purchased a part through Southern Lawn Equipment and shipped from Pressure Pro.  Put the part on within minutes of it being delivered. The brand new put was defective.  Neither company will replace or refund. My first experience with either company,  and definitely my last. Don't waste your time or money with Pressure Pro or Southern Lawn Equipment.
