We placed the original order through Uber. Uber driver brought the wrong order. We replaced the order and paid again and all firehouse did was then send food that had been prepared for the original order at 6:47PM and sent it as the 2nd replaced ordered at 8:11PM. Food was stale, cold, and not safe for consumption. Then when I called the store the rude manager, Madison, first tried to convince me that she personally remade our order. Uhm no you did not, this food is soggy and cold to which she said “sorry there was nothing she could do about it. Contact Uber”
Edit: Reached out to Uber and sent them the receipt which showed the original order time of 6:47PM and Uber did refund my money. Thanks Uber!!!

Subs were delicious and fresh. I also had the potato soup which had okay flavor but was not hot so not as good as I had hoped.

Yal sauced up my sandwiches i couldn't be more thankful, I'm from out of state and live around 40 minutes away and I just love being able to have something I had at home and it's just as good. 11/10 highly recommend the jerk turkey but add Cajun mustard!

The short girl with the reddish hair working at 2:30 on 8/19 was so rude. Practically made fun of me when I asked where I could find my reward. I was just asking a question, and instead of helping me she was rolling her eyes at me and speaking down to me. Won’t be coming here again.

I love,love ❤️ this place, this is the only firehouse I like going too. The employees are friendly, they make your subs good. My favorites is the tuna, and meatballs. The pickles they add in your box makes eating your delicious sub even better. Y'all try them.
