I placed my order via the mobile app for a Cobb zalad the lettuce was wilted really bad.I called and spoke with a manager name Alissa who stated that I can have the zalad replaced on my next visit.I went back on 9/6/24 to get the replacement which was just as bad as the first zalad that I received.I called back and spoke with a manager that rudely told me “well we can’t give you another replacement you’ll have to go back to your mobile app and report the problem and request for a refund.” I then called the customer service number and reported the problem in which I got a call back from a manager name Steve at the store who stated that he’ll personally make my zalad for me the next time I’m in the area and stop by.It shouldn’t have taken for me to call the customer service number to get a fairly decent response.I’ve attached a picture below to show how bad the lettuce was which should’ve never been served.I’m really skeptical about going back and letting the manager Steve remake the zalad after receiving 2 zalads with bad lettuce.Management needs to discuss the importance of not serving bad food with the employees at this location.

Always messes up orders here. Missing toast and not right amount of chicken tenders for my meals, fries are always old and never seasoned, even when asking for extra seasoning or on-the-side. They also got my drink wrong and never portion properly. Quality of food is miserable, but hey, at least they're timely with it.

I ordered my food from Uber eats at 9:00!pm  I had priority. It came in about 15 minutes so I really didn’t expect my food to be cold I ordered a boneless wingless it came without ranch which I ordered extra I wish I could show my receipt and without a straw or fork Yikess😬 And you Guy should add the option Where the customers can upload pictures

I went through the drive through and the lady took my order in the rain and was very helpful. There were 8 vehicles in front of me and the line moved quickly. The lady at the window said she wished her coworkers were a little more motivated when I asked how she was doing. She showed me how much trash was in the floor where things had been dropped and just walked around. I took the food home, which was about 5 minutes away from the store. It was incorrect because I had ordered sauces on the side and they tossed the fingers in sauce. My wife doesn't eat the sauce and couldn't eat the fingers. The fries, toast and chicken were all cold also. I thought I ordered the 6 piece and only received 5 pieces. Very disappointed.
