As a New Yorker, I was fairly skeptical of a New-York-style pizza place opening up in town, so I had to give it a try. I learned pretty quickly that their head cook was also a New Yorker- a great sign!
The seating area is modern and clean, with plenty of bare stainless and exposed brick. The wait staff was attentive and pleasant to interact with. The pizza was excellent- Reminded me of Prince Street Pizza in Lower Manhattan. The crust was thin, bubbled, and crispy- just like it should be. The toppings were distributed nicely and perfectly cooked. The sauce... The sauce was what I was most worried about. The vast majority of Southern pizza joints end up sweetening their sauce far too much. I was pleasantly surprised by the savoriness of Prezzano's sauce. Delicious!
Although not as important as the wonderful pizza, I did have a cannoli for dessert and can say that it, too, was delicious. No soggy shell, and perfectly sweet filling.
10/10, will be eating there often.

Beautiful new place. Being a new yorker I've tried plenty of Pizza places around town & came across PREZZANO'S I just had to try. Very good pizza, good sauce, good cheese, The crust was perfect, great atmosphere vibe.. Will be coming back for more!

Trying new places and we have a winner! Nice people and great pizza. The sauce is not too sweet or spicy, it’s a marinara style. The cheese was divine! The mushrooms were chunky, how I like. Highly recommend this place.

We ordered the Cheesy Garlic Bread and Garlic Rolls and both were very tasty .. the Buffalo Chicken Specialty Pizza was just OK but my wife liked the Cauliflower Pizza .. our server was great but she did not give me a receipt so I don't know her name .. a positive dining experience overall.
