What a wonderful night we had! Everything was perfect! The food is so devine and the staff is very attentive. The place is so cute and I love every aspect of it. I especially love how every ingredient is made in house. My husband loved the cheeseburger and the short ribs were so tender. It was our anniversary and they made sure our night was special.

Went for brunch on a Sunday, and it doesn't get much better than this for brunching! Beautiful outdoor patio for eating outside. Awesome brunch menu that makes it hard to decide, but that only makes you vow to come back and try everything. I got the Pesto Chicken sandwich with a side of bacon and the home style potatoes and my wife got the Heirloom Tomato BLT on gluten free bread. Everything was amazing! Completely worth the slightly more expensive price on everything. We also got some zero-proof drinks, the Peaches & Mint one, and it was a perfect balance of mint and peach and too overly sweet by most peoples standards (probably a tad over mine but I usually order unsweetened tea, so I know I'm not the best judge 😆). I could eat that Pesto Chicken sandwich everyday though, so good! We even ordered a bunch of pastries to-go which they brought out well before the end of our meal. Yeah it may be a bit pricey, but totally worth every penny! Highly recommend 💯👍

Every moment of this place is good for your soul, with quality service interaction and locally sourced, seasonal & fresh ingredients.
Things you should know:
I. PARKING
The restaurant offers valet parking. I'm unaware of other options.
II. SERVICE.
First, I highly recommend making a reservation in advance; people recognize the quality of this establishment and fill the seats. We came here for my fiance's 30th birthday and I was delighted at the host and waiter acknowledging it on more than one occasion. They even respectfully mentioned his name! I can't forget to shout out the complimentary dessert they served to make him feel special.
III. QUALITY
Everything is fresh and locally sourced. You'll even notice garden beds on the restaurant grounds that they take from. The chefs makes even the most simple ingredients taste phenomenal. For example, 누룽지 (scorched rice) is the "best part" of the cooked rice in my fiance's culture. You'll see street vendors selling the bottom scrapings of the cooked rice because it's favored. But THE CHASTAIN took it to another level with presentation and flavor.!
IV. CAPACITY
Busy on the weekend. Make sure to book a reservation.

I love the atmosphere and the brunch here, especially the croissants. However, last time when I dined in for brunch the latte took 40 minutes after I already finished my meal. They need to figure out the coffee station as they handle both restaurant and takeout orders.
