This is a gorgeous property.  I believe we completed our forth stay.  Every time this team exceeds expectations. The front desk begins with a warm welcome, recognition of Marriott Status and offers recommendations.    Lanyjah’s welcome was the highlight.  She left us a lovely card in our room with a personal note.  The new speak easy was a fun option for cocktails and bites.  We rode bikes for the first time and hope they upgrade to electric bikes soon.   We book this property off season as it is more affordable. The town is expanding with options for dining off property as well.  Beds are always comfortable and we sleep really well!
Spa was lovely with all the upgrades - service at dinner was a bit slow but staff very friendly.  Would move here if I could afford it 🥰

From the moment we arrived, we could not have felt more welcomed and attended to throughout our entire stay. Every single staff member we encountered was amazing, positive, and always willing to lend a hand. The Ritz Carlton way is truly an experience that makes the quality of the guests stay that much more amazing. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. The property itself was breathtaking. The quality of the food was absolutely amazing from grab and go to dine in options to room service. It all was great. I have nothing but great things to say. The little derails were amazing. We had turn down service and noted they left me a bookmark when I was using a scrap piece of paper for my book, a lens cleaner for our sun glasses and also set the mood of the room perfect for settling down for the day. I previously would not have budgeted for a Ritz Carlton vacation, but can definitely foresee myself doing that in the future as they exceeded my expectations for service and made my quick weekend business trip feel like I was away for personal reasons.

How can you not give this place a perfect score? I ask myself you can't. The only negatives I can point out doing my stay was the infinity pool was closed for remodeling, the game room was not in working order, and the rooms didn't get as warm as I would have liked. Also, this place is quite expensive obviously but is it worth it?I thinks so on arrived you can valet(included in resort fees) or you can self park but the parking lot is a bit far away from the main hotel. The valets will offer you bottle water but you even get into the hotel. The front desk workers here are probably the best I have encountered at any hotel. From the lobby staff to restaurants staff to valets very professional I didn't have any experience of bad service my whole stay. The restaurants on the property are great, but only bad think is some restaurants are not open everyday. Check with the concierge in the lobby for reservation because so time the whole restaurant can be booked for a event, just plan ahead. All the restaurant were great didn't get a chance to try the steakhouse. The food is not the best I ever had but most dishes I had were a 7-9. If you're looking for a drink save your money and just visit the cove instead of the other restaurant, great upscale bar experience. The rooms are not small but nothing special(I had lake view room) depending on your room I guess. If you need a microwave you can ask front desk and they will sent one to the room. The hotel is clean every night so the place is pretty spotless most of the time. The gym has a lot of equipment there is even a stairmaster. Heated indoor and outdoor pool on property. There is a outside basketball court only one goal to play on though. Two best parts of the hotel is the location and the activities here. The hotel is a great location off the lake you can just enjoy the quiet and relax. There are lots of restaurants off the property in a short drive and there are two liquor store. There is a also a Publix if you need something. They activities here a varies on my visit it was cold some water activities were a no-no. To name a few(some are off property but hotel shuttle can take you there) clay disc shooting, archery, rifle shooting, off roading, hiking, falconry, swimming, boating, fishing, etc. This place even do camp fire every night with smores. I truly enjoyed my stay 5/5 I hope to visit again soon.

The resort grounds were amazing! Perfectly situated on the lake. This was a long weekend get away for my wife and I. My wife travels a lot and stays with Marriott, so due to her status, they did upgrade us to an executive suite. It was really nice and had plenty of room. The pool was nice, and had great chair side service. Drew served us at the pool, and was top notch. Very friendly and helpful! We ate at all the restaurants. You really can’t go wrong. The steakhouse was a little expensive for what you get. The only complaint would be that they only have 1 real option for breakfast. The service could be slow at breakfast time. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to returning!

This is an extremely nice Ritz Carlton. It is not cheap. However, the staff is absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful, always close by to assist as needed. Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate. I would recommend they put more outdoor lighting their sidewalks.  when you are walking at night there’s not enough light for the sidewalks and it is dark out there! Beautiful place, grateful relaxation. We were there for a wedding and it was done beautifully.
