Upon entering, the layout was like a fast food restaurant. We went to the counter to order and told Joshua that it was our first time ever being in a Fazoli's. We (my wife and I) asked for menu suggestions. He highlighted the overall menu and then made some recommendations. We tried the Sampler and the Alfredo. As dine in customers, we took our seat and prepared to get up when the order was called. That's when the fast food feeling ended. He brought the food out to the table and checked on us like a typical dine in place would do. We even got a visit from the manager, Audrey, who made us feel even more welcome. The rest of the meal went well. The food was outstanding, and the people were very friendly. Thanks! We'll be back.

My wife and I went here for lunch and it wasn't bad. I got the sampler and my wife got the club, she said her sub was good and that she liked it. I found the spaghetti to be a bit bland, the alfredo was decent, the lasagna was pretty good and the raviolis were good. We got a slice of pizza as a side and it wasn't good, it tasted like frozen pizza to us. Overall it's really not bad for a quick Italian option, ill definitely come back for that lasagna tho.

Enjoyed our dinner here tonight. Satisfied my carb lover husband. Food was hot and fresh and tasted great! My daughter loves the breadsticks! So bbn happy to have this around. I had one near when I grew up in Virginia beach. The memories are sweet.  Everything we had was good! Table server was very friendly and helpful!
