I love Mellow Mushroom. Always have been impressed with the service, quality of food, and whole experience. This Mellow Mushroom was the worst experience I’ve had at one. Our waitress was friendly, but not really available or quick especially with how many people were working. The salad had all brown lettuce the little bit that was in it. The one pizza took 32 minutes to come out and had been sitting for a bit because it was not hot. We asked for sides of ranch when we ordered initially, and again when we go our pizza, and again after we had all eaten a slice. Still got charged for it even though it came out after we had finished eating. The scenery is beautiful, incredible paintings. Such a shame the experience wasn’t. Would never recommend this one.

Went for my son's birthday dinner (his choice) and had a delicious meal. Service was timely, friendly, and food came hot and piled with toppings! Pretzel bites and beer cheese for appetizer, Ritz Burger, Small Build your Own with no cheese (dairy allergy), Small house special, Medium Pacific Rim and The Merry Prankster. They even did a little Birthday Ice Cream and brought it out, which was so sweet! Took home leftover pizza and enjoyed it again the next day!

Fabulous. Good service, great atmosphere, food and drinks are phenomenal. They can turn any pizza into a bowl for us keto lovers!

I went to this restaurant while visiting my brother a few days ago, and asked for one of the high top seats. My server was a girl named Sam, as she introduced herself.  I ordered a drink to start off with before my food, and the entire time Sam took my order, she sounded rude. I’m not one to usually call these things out, I know being a server is hard work and appreciate them. But Sam made this whole experience truly appalling for me. She kept getting snappy, trying to walk away mid order, almost as if she were rushing the process. I had never been here before tonight and needed a few minutes to decide what I wanted, she kept repeating “is that all? are you done?” and I finally gave her my order after deciding. She walked away and it took over 20 minutes to get my drink. Sam was busy checking in on other guests, chatting happily with them, but didn’t bother checking back in with me. When finally I got my drink delivered, she still had an attitude in my direction. This bartender seemed happy with the other guests, smiling even. With me, she kept her replies short and seemed to push out the idea she had better places to be. I can’t imagine why she seemed to be taking her anger out on me, but I truly felt judged, or otherwise ostracized by this employee. I was tempted to call in to speak with a manager, but ultimately decided it wasn’t worth it, as I won’t be coming here again next time I’m in the area.

I have dined in  and done take out from this place many times. The only time the food is good is when you dine in!! I do take out cause it's convenient to just bring the pizza home to the family but the quality of the food for take out is garbage. The pizza multiple times has been so oily it's not edible and they severely lack on the toppings and jip ya out of it!
Dine in usually has quality customer service and good food but the fact that they can't make take out the same quality is sad. I've resorted to making everything at home cause the food in town is lacking more than I want to admit. People need to care more about the service and quality they provide.
