I went here on a hunch before I was hungry and wanted some wings. I haven’t heard anyone talk about this place.
The wings are bomb. They were fresh, thick aka meaty and the sauce flavors are pretty different. They are similar to Buffalo Wild Wings but an off brand so to speak. The customer service wasn’t all that. My server disappeared after taking my order and I never saw her again. Well known customers were yelling across the bar like they were outside. Just a different type of obnoxious atmosphere.

When we 1st arrived, we were quickly seated.
Our server was a nice lady name Kristen I believe… (it started it a K let’s call her Ms.k)

(Ms.K) She gave us time to order and was patient and polite.

I can say We waited a long time for our food.

We waited so long that I started noticing how the place needed cleaning… like a deep cleaning..
The walls had “stuff”(juices  and some types of stains) scattered all over them.

The booth also has “stuff” all over the back of them…

I started getting nervous because that was my 1st time eating at this location.

After 35 or 40 mins or longer our food came out.
The food looked amazing and it was scrumptious.

My husband ordered the 2 lb burger and slammed it. I ate his fries..(because I like fries/that’s what wife’s do)
My wings were good. Just the right amount of sauce and crunch.
So the cooks did their thing.(just waiting so long is what got to me)

I think it just needs a professional deep cleaning.

The food is gross. I do not know what has happened there. They cut way too many corners. I order the spinach dip, it had a layer of oil on it, small portion. I ordered the wings, fries and onion rings. The wings were greasy tasting, the mild ones had no sauce. The onion rings and fries were gross. It tasted like it was cooked in old grease. The server was horrible also. You can tell she did like her job. We had to ask for silverware and plates twice. The manager was just there. Didn’t care either way if the customer was okay. There was a hostess there who was helping out the server, she was sweet. She had to get everything for us, despite us having a server. I was there with my family. All of our stomachs are upset.

The waitress was nice the atmosphere ok… it needs a good cleaning that’s for sure. 6 of the tiniest wings for 9.99…and some celery and if you want more than one tiny cup of ranch that’s extra … I don’t like huge wings but I have to say these were mini size and overcooked and hard due to being so small… fries were ok but I felt 5.99 was kinda steep for a small portion… won’t be returning

I hate that I’m writing this review because I truly use to love the wild wing, but it just keeps going more and more downhill by the day. And I doubt I’ll be back any time soon. I usually stop in on random Saturdays while running my errands and Crystal usually takes great care of us. The past two times went, Crystal wasn’t there. It was a new girl who didn’t even bother to even give her name. She seemed so overwhelmed by having a full bar so I asked a server if she was new but NOPE apparently she’s been there for years , left and came back recently. Needless to say, service sucked & was ridiculously slow while she took shots with male guests. So I opted out this past Saturday in hopes of avoiding her. Instead, I chose to come in on yesterday, Friday, around lunch and see what was the hype around the happy hour specials, and there she was again! And once again, piss poor service. It’s like she can’t handle her guests if it’s more than 5 of us at a time. Bring Crystal back, hire new bartenders, retrain the ones you have….. idk. But I hope Wild wing gets it together. Because right now if you want a quality meal, and good service, this is NOT the place to go!
