Use of the Lounge is available exclusively to guests of Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club and the Ko Olina Beach Villas. This lounge is is air conditioned, clean with comfortable seating and tables. There are clean restrooms and snacks for purchase. No outside food or drinks. Coffee, tea and water are complimentary. Lots of outlets and charge outlets. Free WiFi. Lounge is staffed. To enter, one must ring doorbell and staff will open door. In order to use this lounge, guest must have a reservation with one of the KoOlina resorts. Nice lounge! Beats waiting in the crowded gates! Much more relaxing! Thank you to the KoOlina resorts for offering this perks to their guests!

This is an okay place to kill time but the no outside food rule is ridiculous! Still, the beautiful gardens are right outside so you can step out to eat and buzz back in when you need to. Staff didn't fully embody the spirit of aloha Centrally located between all the main terminals We only stopped in because it was part of our Ko Olina resort deal, so if it were free I suppose I'd come back -- but not worth whatever price they charge non-guests.

As an airport lounge it is quiet, comfortable, and place to plug in devices. Only food is available for purchase and it is a rip off. Free water is available but it has to be retrieved the rude attendant working the front desk. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED.

Very clean and quite. It is never crowded for the times we have used it. If you arrive early it is a very nice lounge. Now why did I give it only have three star. Well it is a bit out of the way and if your first time going it is pretty hard to find. Also being on a lower level. The lounge lacks things like free snacks and drinks. They only thing offered is water and some tea. Other then that it is a nice place.

One of the worst lounges I've been to - small - only water and juice. No food, no alcoholic beverages; can't bring in outside food; can't take juice out. Smelled musty. Moving on.

We reserved the time 7pm-9pm but when we went there the lounge was closed. We rang the doorbell at the door as the sign said but nobody was there.

This lounge is very relaxing and incredible! When we landed in Honolulu we were told about this lounge and how it's free if you are staying at a hotel in Ko Olino. This lounge is not huge and honestly doesn't offer a lot. You do get a free non alcoholic beverage and they have snacks for purchase. You can purchase more drinks for only $1. They are located directly next to a food court. So you can venture over there for actual food. It is also located in a garden area that is absolutely beautiful! I think the only downfall to this location is not having real food available for purchase inside the lounge. Aside from that I enjoyed the free access to a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. If you stayed at a Ko Olina resort I recommend checking this place out!

We just experienced this lounge for the first time yesterday. The lounge is available to anyone who had a reservation at one of the Ko Olina beach resorts (Aulani, Four Seasons, Ko Olina Beach Club or Marriott Ko Olina). It was a large, well air conditioned space with comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, outlets, beverages and snacks for purchase as well as complimentary coffee, water and tea. Easy, quiet and comfortable- the perfect way to get ready for a long flight.

Solid private lounge. Right in front of the gardens on the 1st floor with the other lounges. Currently reservation based. They do check vaccine cards & IDs. They require temp check upon entering. Very quiet with no other guests during my stay. Drinks (water tea coffee hot coca) is complimentary and snacks/KO Olina gear to purchase. Lots of charging stations and rest area right before the flight. Would definitely come again.

If you have stayed in the Ko Olina area- aka Disney Aulani among a few other resorts- this is offered as a free amenity once you arrive at the airport! Free water, hot coco or coffee. Snacks available for purchase. We enjoyed a quiet place a couple hours before Our flight!
