This hotel is beautiful and at a great location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the lobby is clean and inviting. The holiday decor is beautiful as well. In the afternoons there is juice and cookies in the lobby. The hotel is located just behind the Halekulani hotel and mostly all immenities there are available to Halepuna guests. Loved the provided reusable water bottles! The room is clean and comfortable, and the view is beautiful. I appreciated the balcony, although the noise of the hustle and bustle below slightly dampened the appeal of the balcony. Nonetheless I spent most of my time on the balcony while at the room.

Love this hotel.  Beautiful holiday decorations, great staff and clean modern room.  Best bidet ever!
Not seen the ocean view but the city view was great.  Only problem is you do hear noise from some bar on the street late at night and the trash truck early in the morning.

Recommend you get the highest floor possible if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel location is great.  Close to everything.  Place is quiet.  No tour groups.

Nice hotel near Waikiki beach with lots of shops to walk through. You will be in a very touristic area.

Parking is challenging in this area so if you do rent a car there is a garage right next door at $50 per day.
Unfortunately something happened to the elevators that required maintenance so for about 2 hours the elevators were down. We were at the 17th floor. However the hotel communicated efficiently about this.
The gym is small but they keep it clean.

The hotel treated us to a bottle of white wine for our anniversary which was a very nice touch.
Water and ice are in one floor only but the hotel provides nice water bottles to carry around.
There is a very coffee shop right outside the hotel which is a really good place to grab your drink of choice and get on the go.

Overall, good experience.

We couldn't have been more pleased.  And the bakery downstairs served some of the best and most interesting baked goods one can find.  There was an issue the last two days of our stay and management stepped up, solved any issues personally and extended our check out time to better coordinate with our later flight schedule.  Top notch and classy Hotel.
