If I could give this DJ negative stars I would. Reggie DJed my wedding and it was a terrible experience. He messed up every key moment and completely ruined me and my husband's first dance song. He started the song before we even got into the dance floor and then stopped half way through to replay it from the beginning. It was terribly embarrassing as we had a choreographed dance that went completely out the window because of it. Also as the wedding party was walking down the aisle he informed the wedding coordinator that he could only play the recessional songs for $40 more as he "wasn't informed this was happening" when I had sent him a whole list of what songs to play when and the mother of the bride spoke to him on the the phone explaining everything. Another thing that he did wrong was play the wrong song for the father daughter dance. We had a very special song that we wanted to have played and he played the wrong version of it. Overall the music he played during the dancing was subpar and he could not read the vibe of the room. I would never hire 1st class entertainment again... there is a reason he is so cheap... cause he doesn't know how to dj.

Reggie was amazing! He made our event! Setting up a large event is stressful enough that last thing I wanted to do was worry about the audio entertainment. 1st Class Entertainment, mainly Reggie, took the worry out of the sun duo entertainment portion of the event. He was on time, creative and did exactly what we wanted with providing him little to no direction. Reggie also stayed a little bit later to accommodate our event. Thanks Reggie, everyone really appreciated the entertainment!

If you want to work with true professionals, this team is top of the line! My client had a wedding for 65 guests, and everything went without a glitch. The team did a great and gorgeous setup inside at Ko Olina Four Seasons. The entire crew was well-dressed, classy, and professional. For the party, we provided the DJ with a list of songs they wanted to hear and asked to add a few songs that would be a good match, mood and style. Boy, did Reggie deliver! Every family member was on the dance floor! What I particularly appreciated was that the DJ and his team actually stayed an extra hour, and committed to playing a slideshow that we found not to be compatible with his system. The couple was so happy that Reggie made it happen because they felt it was an important element of their dream wedding. He was dedicated to the overall itinerary, vision and wishes of the couple. An additional note on the supporting staff: I could not have been more impressed! Classy, well-dressed, poised, AND smart people who not only took care of all the logistics seamlessly behind the scenes (often doing tasks that the overpriced DJ would charge for), but they also kept the crowd moving and having fun. Long story short: If you need your event done right, hire this team. 1st Class Entertainment not only showed up with the contracted set up but actually surprised the wedding party with an additional projector screen so that both sides of the venue can see comfortably! The fact that they are reasonably priced made this an even sweeter deal for our clients - something I'm sure most newlyweds can appreciate, too. Their reputation and experience matches no other production team in Hawaii!

Reggie Griffin from 1st Class entertainment provided such terrible service. False advertisement, broke his contract, lied to us verbally multiple times over the phone. Never bring equipment and the lights he was contracted 2 bring, couldnt even keep the party happy/hype and in the mood. Dj refused to play songs request from guests. Overbooked himself and sended us another low budget DJ service. I wouldnt want anyone to go thru what we went thru. They ask for all kinds of demands, even "requires" u 2 feed the crew when us locals already know 2 do that. DO NOT BOOK with 1st CLASS ENTERTAINMENT. THEY DO NOT BRING EQUIPMENT THEY ADVERTISE, WHAT U EXPECT IS NOT WHAT THEY BRING 2 UR VENUE!!! U WILL REGRET IT 100%

Great DJ Service! Had a big block party for all our neighbors during Halloween weekend and I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and music choice to get the party started. The initial call for their services was quick and easy and they brought everything for setup, all the kiddos and adults had such a great time. The light show and fog machine really out of this world. Definitely going to be calling them again for future parties Mahalo!!

Reggie was wonderful to work with. A couple of weeks before the wedding our vender asked us to change up our whole reception. Reggie was more than accommodating and worked well with our vender to guarantee a flawless day. His prices are the most affordable that we have found on Oahu and he was amazing with taking any requests and getting all of our guests out on the dance floor.
