Initially contacted Jeff and Beth to help transport my aunt who is pretty much bed bound. They were so helpful and willing to take us on as a client. They gave us great advice on how to get her prepared physically for the flight. They were upfront with their rate and were always checking in. Unfortunately due to my aunts insurance, it led us to not use ATA's services. Jeff and Beth, although we have not met and only interacted via email and on the phone a few times, your passion for what you do was felt and appreciated. Mahalo!

Words cannot even begin to describe the positive experience we had with Jeff of Aloha Transport Assistance. Jeff met with my husband a few days prior to bringing him from a hospital on Oahu to a rehab facility on Kauai. From the very beginning my husband felt at ease going over the travel plans which would take place. On the day of travel Jeff made sure all of the paperwork was in order to transfer to the rehab facility and once again made my husband relaxed and at ease. From the time we left the hospital room to the arrival at the room at rehab everything went effortlessly. Jeff was attentive to my husband's concerns and needs. The flight attendant even commented to me what a caring son we had and I had to tell her that we had just met Jeff. By the end of the day he did feel like family and I can never thank him enough!

Jeff was amazing in supporting my family when an unexpected health crisis occurred on Oahu with a family member. He worked to expedite medical assisted travel, secure necessary equipment (oxygen concentrator, wheelchairs, etc) and navigate the complexities of traveling with someone who was partially incapacitated. He worked with us on each step of the transport from airport to plane to car to home. He met with family members to explain, calm and established a relationship. He was incredibly kind and compassionate at a difficult time. I would recommend him to any family needing help or assistance.

Aloha Transport Assistance, Jeff and Beth were caring and professional throughout. We were so blessed in how they kept in contact with us so we would be updated on how things were progressing. Judy who just had bone cancer surgery is a good friend whom we love and Beth did such a tremendous job of comforting her on the trip back home to Honolulu from San Francisco. Jeff and Beth are medically qualified to help transport their customers so it was comforting for us to know Judy would be safe and in good hands. From the start, Jeff asked the right questions and was so comfortable to talk to. He arranged the flights with special first class seating so that Judy could lay flat on her trip home. He also took care of the ground transportation for Judy so she did not have to worry about any of the scheduling or reservations. This is huge as this took a lot of the stress away from Judy who had already gone through so much pain and suffering from her surgery. This is the first time that I inquired for a service such as this and they are pros who not only know what they are doing, but treat their clients with the utmost care. Jeff was absolutely greas wat. He showed up at the hospital prior our departure met with the nurses to see if meds were going with me. He kept in touch all week prior to departure from hnl to snf. He made sure I was on time at the airport going to another hospital.. We went to the lounge waited for the flight it was a stress free situation being so sick and confused what if I get lost? Our family feels immense gratitude for Aloha Transport Assistance and their incredible help with our family member. Our family member was not able to walk or use a wheelchair independently. I immediately knew we had made the right decision to go with ATA when I spoke to the owner Jeff. It was clear he was experienced, organized, compassionate, and confident about what was needed to transport my brother. The fact that he had 12 years experience working in Physical Therapy was a huge asset considering my brother's mobility and other needs. Jeff was reassuring and professional throughout the process. He answered our questions and helped all of us feel at ease. Everything worked out very well and my brother made it to his destination safely and in good spirits. I can't recommend them enough! My family member fell and required hospitalization in Honolulu and we needed someone to help them back to Nebraska. From the beginning, Jeff was very helpful explaining what they as medical escorts do and how they can help. They coordinated all the ground transportation to the airport, as well as all the flights. They helped my father through the airport, and flew with him back to Nebraska. The communication was great, and they were so helpful coordinating with hospital staff. They treated our family like it was their own and my family members greatly appreciated that! If you need help flying from Hawaii back home, please give them a call. This was a stressful situation for our family, with their help and guidance they made the transition of getting our Dad home much easier and safer. I don't know what we would have done without them.
