Caught Bruce Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere at the 1:40 pm matinee on Saturday, and it was a great experience overall. The theater wasn't crowded during that time which gave us plenty of space to kickback. Also no line at the food counter. The Sound Paid a bit extra for the TITAN LUXE because, well... it's BRUUUUUUCE! Totally worth it!! The Dolby Atmos sound is phenomenal. Unlike traditional surround sound that just pushes audio left, right, and rear, Dolby Atmos lets the sound travel anywhere in 3D space, even overhead. You can literally feel the layers of guitars, vocals, and reverb floating around you. For a music-heavy film, it's like being in an intimate studio session with the Boss himself. Add a couple glasses of wine, and I was right there, writing a song with Bruce. The reclining chairs showed wear and tear but still very comfortable. The Food Typical theater pricing so be ready to take out a second mortgage if you're hungry. Bottled water runs $6, though I did see one smart guy filling a plastic cup at the water fountain (pretty sure they charge for the cup). Saw the Banh Mi Hot Dog on the menu and couldn't fight off my curiosity knowing full well we were heading out to dinner afterwards. A generous six-inch dog served in a toasted soft bun, topped with a heap of coleslaw, jalapeños, and Chinese parsley. Calling it a Banh Mi requires a stretch of the imagination, but it tasted way better than it looked. Crunchy, spicy, and surprisingly good. We cut it in half to share and it satisfied our curiosity without ruining our dinner appetite. We're totally hooked on TITAN LUXE and can't wait to come back for Wicked to hear those gorgeous voices of Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo in full Dolby Atmos glory. Cheers!!

UPDATE: 10/30/25 CINEMA EXTRA REWARDS ends on December 9, 2025! Use your rewards now! Don't wait or you will lose your credits! An email will be sent out per employee. Staff said a new program will be rolled out soon. Will no longer use the card. The new program will require a smartphone app. Theater conditions are the same. Sadly rundown with theater chairs being old and looking bad. When we arrived today, no one was around at the concession counter. Apparently, they just experienced a false fire alarm. People were requesting refunds. I used my credits for a combo and free admission! Don't want to lose that in December! Sad to see this program end.

I love the concession stand options, and the easy free parking. The sound was great and we enjoy our movies. I was so sad to see the condition of the chairs!! They are falling apart. The chair trays were dirty and covered in old spilt drinks. My daughter was sticky. The next time we went I brought cleaning cloths to clean out trays.

The kiddies selected the new Pixar cartoon movie for all 6 of us to attend, their family's treat for part of an early birthday celebration for hubs. What's a movie without popcorn, candy and a drink? Araré, M&Ms, snow caps, and Whoppers. Everybody was so full that dinner right after became an "oh no..: so full already." Only Sweetie had an icee the rest had soda. I chose to only have a box of Whoppers, no popcorn, no soda. The temperature of the theater was perfect. I didn't even need my light lace jacket. Even the acoustics was spot on- very enjoyable. Our theater was very huge unlike their competitor's auditorium. Unfortunately much wear and tear on the seats even the upper back of my chair. It seemed clean. The space critter Gordon was a very cute cuddle bug for Elio. Bud enjoyed the cartoon way more than his older sister. I don't think hubs or I fell asleep.... hmmm...

Continuing our Friday date night, we ended up here to catch Mission Impossible- The Final Reckoning. We got tickets for $14.75 each with my hubby's vet ID. We caught the 9pm showing. I totally thought this place would be empty, especially since D&B moved to Ala Moana. Boy was I wrong. This place was a mad house. They had five concession stand lines reaching the door. We stood in line for about half an hour. We shared combo #3 large popcorn and a large drink $19.50. It was $0.25 more for the Icee upgrade. The theater was clean and comfortable, even though the seats didn't recline anymore, the seats that we were sitting in anyway. The temperature was just right and the movie started on time. The movie was three hours long! It was midnight by the time the movie was over and my legs were jelly for sitting so long.

Plenny parking (matinee), ordered our tickets online and Liz helped us get our tickets at the kiosk (thanks Liz for being helpful kind and respectful to the tech challenged senior!) and picked up our snacks at the snack bar. tip: order your snacks online and avoid the line! Clean theatre, lay flat seats... Cannot beat Ward Consolidated! Look out for specials where you can buy a gift card and get a bonus card free.

This place isn't going to be around much longer. The service is good but the menu is limited. The best theatre with the best menu dining options is Olino at Ka Makana Ali'i mall.

Lots of free parking in multiple parking structures in the area. Kiosks to print online ordered movie tickets and food. (Such a great invention.) New soda dispensers Diamond Head side of the concession. So many choices. Concession food is great. The corndog mini's are so tasty. not a hotdog, but more like little sausages. They reheat in air fryer very well. Popcorn is always great. One butter oil dispenser inoperable. The soda cups and popcorn boxes are much thinner and flimsier. Be extra mindful of the large drink cups as they are thinner and can collapse before putting the lid on. Always ask for extra box paper or foil if you plan on adding butter to popcorn because the butter soaks into the box, which leaks. The boxes are much bigger, but mimics a paper towel. Customer service needs to improve, especially with the man in the concession at 2:00pm on 9/27/24. I brought the butter issue to this man, and he responded by telling me, "Well, you shouldn't have put so much butter. None of that would have happened. Your own fault." He did not give me another box. He just walked away and left me to figure it out on my own. Ladies' restrooms look clean but smell like pee and flowers. Parking garage has some EV charging stations but sometimes broken or being used. The garage also has green and red indicator lights overhead to identify open or occupied parking stalls. There is also an open stall counter at the entrances to the garage. Nice!

1.5 stars (pros: movie selections/showings + free parking). Listen, I realize LA is the mecca of movies and movie theaters so these are held to a higher standard, but even with lowered expectations, I was so bummed by my recent experience at this theater over Memorial Day weekend. I thought being the biggest theater on Oahu it would be an elevated experience, but instead as beyond disappointed. Tickets are not cheap, especially if you're opting for Titan Luxe ($24 + $2.69 booking fee), even on discounted Tuesdays ($14 + $2.60 booking fees), expecting a premium experience. Not the case here, at least the night we went. --Popcorn: stale, flavorless, probably the worse I've ever had in any theater, ever. --Icee: a watery mess; I tried multiple machines and nothing came out even close to frozen. Having that 'spoon straw' was therefore pointless. --Apple Pay: not available here (probably one of few 'modern' vendors who don't take electronic payment) --Theater: HOT, stifling, toasty af. We joked it felt like someone forgot to pay the electric bill. Every theater I go to I bring a sweatshirt preparing for the chill. Not the case here. At all. Also, we sat 2nd to last row and noticed the railing partially blocked the bottom of the screen, especially if you recline, so you don't get a full perspective. --Gift card: their entire system seems outdated, including site experience. I swapped showtimes and 4 days later am still waiting for the original charge to go back to my account. Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning was already a long movie clocking in at almost 3 hours. Solid movie but the discomfort we felt made it feel like 4, and we were itching to get out of there by the end.

I seldom gave one star review, but this time I will make it an exception. Went there (5/27/25) to watch Tom Cruise's latest movie Mission Impossible Reckoning and was pleased with the movie, although it was kind of lengthy. But the worst experience started with the snacks, such as pop corn & hotdogs. They were terrible!! And the theater (10) was intolerably "HOT"!!! Did the management turn down (off?) the air conditioner to save energy??? Well, such unpleasant experience left me with indelible, bad memory for countless years to come. Count me out on returning to this overpriced theater and lousy environment. Three thumbs down!!!
