Great experience. Thorough and expert work. Friendly staff. One car was tinted and ceramic coated and I asked them to take their time, especially since it was raining. I was concerned about the coating curing. Their clean, indoor facility is huge and leaving the car there for an extra day was not a problem. The tint came out much better than I expected. Second car was going to be put up for sale and I have dogs. It needed to be deep cleaned. I can honestly say that they got every little hidden corner of dog fur and made the car look brand new. Professional work and they kept me well informed of the progress of each vehicle. Highly recommend.

Got a new car ppf, windshield protection, and chrome deleted. The team did an amazing job. Even followed up with an inspection a week later to ensure if there needed any final touches (all was good). Very great experience, our flight was delayed by almost like seven hours and we called them to see if we could just drive in Hawaii until our flight was back on and they were kind enough to let us. The owners are really cool people and I will be sure to recommend this place to all my coworkers

Went there to take advantage of Black Friday special. Great news they told me they would extend to the end of year. Please check for yourself tho. Great work on detail and super duper fast. Would highly recommend Jeremy and his crew. They do all kinds of cars not just exotics but they handle your exotic with care.

We cannot thank these guys enough for taking such good care of us. My husband messed up the booking and we came into the place and saw the car we (thought we) had rented leaving with someone else! But it turns out my husband messed up the date and we came TWO DAYS LATE. And they STILL took care of us. They still honored the booking AND upgraded the car. Not only was the car amazing but the customer service was even better. We had an INCREDIBLE experience in the '23 Lamborghini huracán Evo. It was my first time ever in a Lamborghini and it was an experience to say the least. The car is custom wrapped and lights up it is by far the most beautiful lambo I have ever seen. Every single time we were out we were turning heads and people were taking videos of it! We will be back and we will tell EVERYONE how incredible this place is

After a few months of ware and tare from hauling around sports equipment and multiple beach outings, we decided to get a full interior detail of our Tesla Model Y. I was very impressed with the level of detail and care that went into detailing our car. It felt brand new as we drove it back home. Additionally, Amy (owner and founder) gave us additional advice and tips for wiping down our car with natural plant based solutions. The waiting room at Honolulu Exotics is of the upmost quality. It's comfortable and you certainly can do work out of the waiting room or relax while you wait for your car to get done. Refreshments were available if needed. The scheduling process is super efficient and flexible. We found it very easy to adjust our booking time or arrive a little early because of a change in our schedule. I highly recommend taking your car(s) here if you are looking for high quality service with a nice touch of luxury as well. I trust Hawaii Exotics with my Tesla, and so should you.

I called to make an appointment. I spoke with Amy and she gave me an appt on the same day. The last time someone cleaned my 4runner is back April 2023. So it is been 7 months of not cleaning my 4runner. Now my 4runner looked brand-new again. Thank you for Amy & her team for cleaning my 4runner today.
