Their service was super friendly and professional. I had the pleasure of talking to employees Justin and Eric for a repair on my Segaway Ninebot Kickscooter. Repair, done by Eric, was quick and informative. Justin ensured me that any Segway products that I purchased would be taken care of locally through their store. I find that very comforting knowing that I don't have to go through a mainland or international corporation to get repairs done. Anyone in Hawaii knows how much of a hassle it can be to get something repaired when the only alternative you have is sourced elsewhere.

DISCLAIMER: this is a review of their repair service. Lies, Pride, & the da Vinci of Scammers TL;DR: spent $180 to have my scooter not fixed, be given attitude, and be treated like a pest. When I needed to get a scooter fixed, I called them asking if they could install tires that I bought. They confirmed, and told me that it would cost $180 and that they only accept cash. We set up an appointment and when the time came, the technician discovered that I wanted solid tires installed. Despite finding out that I wanted solid tires on the scooter, the technician took it in saying he could get it done the same day. However, the technician asked for more time when it was almost time for pick-up and asked for us to return the next day. Tomorrow came and lo and behold, the scooter was repaired with different tires than what we bought and asked for. At the time, I figured it was okay because it was at least functional. I paid, got the tires I got for the scooter back, and not even 4 days later, the tires popped. I told the technician that worked on it, explaining the situation and was told I could bring it down and get it fixed. When I brought it back in to get it fixed, I spent the whole day waiting at a nearby mall only to find out that he could not do it. When I asked for a refund, he told me to ask his boss. Reaching out to his boss was a chore of it in itself and was told he'd reach out that day or the day after. I waited and called them again the day after, half an hour before they closed, because they have not reached out like they claimed they would. The woman who answered the phone berated me for inquiring about the refund instead of saying hello first. When the boss finally reached out to me, he haughtily told me he was not giving me a refund and that, in fact, he should invoice me for the time it took for them to not fix the scooter. You may be wondering why I gave two stars instead of one, and the reason is because they weren't like this before. Back in 2023, they were able to fulfill our request with a different scooter with the same type of tire. It is truly disappointing how low they have fallen.

I went to their location that says "open" online but they've already moved. I called to ask if they moved to a new location and the lady told me yes but they're not ready to share the new location yet. I said ok fine, and proceeded to ask about a certain product that I was ready to make a purchase on, but the customer service was extremely unprofessional. The staff member I spoke with seemed uninterested in helping and lacked basic communication skills. Instead of educating me about their Segway products--which I expected, given that not everyone is a Segway expert--she laughed at me for not knowing specific technical terms. That kind of attitude is unacceptable and discouraging for any potential customer. It's unfortunate to see a business operate this way, and based on what she said about the business already being "upside down," I can't say I'm surprised. I won't be returning, and I hope others have a better experience than I did, if not I hope they stay closed forever.

Should be ZERO STARS!! This is probably the worst tour company in town. If you want to be assaulted for getting information about your services, this is the place to go! The service is worse than horrific. The "owner", Jeanne Rice was holding the door open and I walked in. After a few seconds, she barked, "Excuse me!" I kind of turned around to see who she was talking to. She motioned for me and said to go outside and just rolled her eyes at me like I had done something wrong (all I wanted was pricing information for going on a Segway tour). I asked her if she works there and she said she was the owner. I told her that I wouldn't be back. I took out my phone to get her name off of her name badge. She asked me what I was doing and I told her that I was going to tell about my experience on Yelp. She then forcefully grabbed for my phone like she was gonna rip it out of my hand (she actually grabbed my hand in the process which really hurt). This is an assault that she committed. I am sure that there is video surveillance. I am debating if I feel that I need to go and file a police report. This Post is 100% true! DON'T GO HERE! There are other tour companies--even other Segway tour companies to go to! I was assaulted by the extremely rude manager who acted like I shouldn't have walked in the door (that she was holding open). She didn't introduce herself, tell me about the product or service(s), or ask if I had any questions. Instead she acted like I was the scum of the earth and like I should be there.
