Your typical subway shop. Lines can get pretty long, coming during off hours will give you the best bet for a short or no line. Workers are friendly, I've never had a problem with them. During busy hours they work together to create an efficient and a quick.. assembly line of sandwich making lol. Only complaint I have is it's rather small so when trying to get to the soda machine after paying can be a tight squeeze especially if there are several people waiting to get their drinks. And if the lines long it can block the exit.

Ordered something off the menu. But the lady kept asking what I wanted to put on the sandwich and I told "I just want what it says on the menu". She gave me a "wtf" looked and muttered something (I think it was idiot, or something like that. I'm just confused, if I wanted to customize my sandwich, why would I get something off the premade menu

"Just so you know, we close at 4" Time was 3:55... pretty bad customer service. I was ordering a single sandwich and asked for it to be toasted, and she was so rude about it. Subway is great if you want a sub par sandwich and to be told to get out 5 min before they close. Won't be coming back here. Wayyyy better customer service at other places on campus. The employees obviously are fine with making you uncomfortable if it means they can leave at 4:00 instead of 4:03.

I cannot believe how horrible my sandwich was. The taste is same as usual but the presentation was not great. I understand that you cannot always make a perfect sandwich or that there is such a thing as perfect, but mine was downright sloppy. The veggies were on mostly one side of the sandwich and the worst part is how everything was breaking apart, especially the bread. It was almost entirely broken apart, like a separated puzzle. I use to work at subway and know that the sandwich would have been unacceptable. When the girl tried to close it, it was almost like she was massaging then bread and when she finally closed it I could see almost all the meat protruding out from the back. True, I could have told them to make another, but I was sort of in a rush. I will however, and you should too, being a customer, have them remake it or let them know right away if there is something wrong. I would have been more nicer in the ratings if I had known if the person making my sandwich was a trainee, but with no name tag, I am assuming she already passed that stage of training and should already know how to make a decent sandwich. Overall, this may just be a part-time job while you go to school, but still, it is a JOB so please take more pride in your work. Thank you. This is actually my first time going to this subway, and the people were nice, I'm sure if I have asked to remake mine, they would...at least I hope, that's what happens normally. It's just the initial introduction was not as expected, however, taking pride in your work should not be a "when", but always, no matter what day or time or who.

Conveniently located on UH campus where you can get a quick sandwich when in a rush! They are open early and close late at night. I've eaten in so many subway shops around the island and I thought that this particular location is good. I came here right before they close and they happily helped me with my order. I was apologetic as I noticed they've all cleaned up and was about to be done but they never turned me away and thought to myself that, that was an excellent customer service as I know some businesses will turn customers away once they've cleaned up. They have no dining area but you can easily find somewhere to sit right outside the shops. Many tables and benches around. I would come back here again.

STAY AWAY! They will not accept giftcards because it is a different system entry and they are super lazy and one of the ladies there is not at all afraid to talk smack about you to her cooworkers when you're standing right at the counter.

I wish I could give a big fat LAZY ZERO!! I frequent this location many times as I work on the campus, and of all the times prior, I have never had much of an issue with the service, until today (I will also agree with other Yelpers that reviewed this location, that the employees do tend to rush through your order, even if there isn't a line)... The taller, slightly thicker blonde girl working the cash register today, was extremely RUDE (and I'm being nice when I say this...)! Have a little courtesy, and respect for others around you, especially the patrons that help keep this location in business. Please, if you can't do that, and speak in a non-condescending tone, as if you don't want to be there, LEAVE! I'm sure there's someone out there more PROFESSIONAL looking for a job! And, please, don't ask me, or other patrons to hold their sandwich (not paid for), just so you can make room for YOURSELF to grab cookies for the person in front of me...you have counter space next to you (I see it), USE IT! The fake and condescending "have a nice day" doesn't earn you points, either... Overall, the service has been less than spectacular here, but this is the first time I encountered this type of behavior. Food is typical Subway. /End Rant #Disappointed

I have gone to this subway many times but my last visit made it to where I will not return. After having my sandwich made I realized it hadn't been toasted after I asked. I returned and politely asked for it to be toasted. The big woman got an attitude, snatched it from my hand and tossed it in the MICROWAVE instead of the toaster. When getting the sandwich back soggy she just glared at me. Because of everything being soggy I had to throw it away. She made me feel she stole my money and spit in my face.

As many of these other ratings suggest, customer service is terrible. I had gone in yesterday afternoon for lunch, and asked for a steak and cheese sandwich. The guy who was making my sandwich was a tall, skinny Asian guy with longish hair and glasses. Instead of going for both the steak and cheese at the same time, he only got the cheese, then started moving to the vegetables. Right as he was about to wrap up the sandwich (and keep in mind he didn't even ask me if I wanted sauces), I was like, "hey! I wanted a steak and cheese sandwich!" After the steak was heated and he pushed it back to the sauces, I realized he hadn't even offered to toast my sandwich. When I requested it to be toasted, the girl groaned, and the guy was like "you see? That guy waited till the very last minute before he asked for the steak." To which I replied, "uh, no. I asked you for it from the very beginning." The guy tried to claim that he attempted to verify it with me, but that was a total lie. He didn't say or do anything until I asked him a second time. All in all, it was a very unpleasant experience. I won't be coming back again unless I'm really starving, or desperate. I hope you will too.

This is by far the worst Subway I have ever eaten at. I went here for the first time yesterday. The girl who made my sandwich was rude and completely rushed it. My sandwich tasted fine but looked like a complete mess. But today. Today got to me. I came in, ordered my sandwich, and went to the library. Once I got to the library, I realized that they gave me the wrong sandwich. I went back and they remade my sandwich. But while they were making my sandwich, the workers seemed annoyed and not one person said a simple "sorry" for accidentally giving me the wrong sandwich. I am never coming back to this Subway for as long as I shall live. I have never seen such terrible service before.
