Located next to the delta baggage claim customer service desk is this company that was a huge asset it kicking our vacation off right. We had flown 13 hours to get there and ran into some reservation issues with our rental car. We needed a shuttle to our hotel while it got sorted out and they welcomed us with warmth and willingness to get us too and from our hotel to help resolve the issue. We got lei'd for the first time, had an entertaining ride to our hotel who assisted us with our luggage while making us laugh. Aloha vibes were provided and I did not feel stressed about the situation at all. Unfortunately I do not remember the name person who assisted, but she made sure we were taken care of and stayed late to ensure we had transportation back. If we didn't already book a rental I would have just used their services. The shuttle was with Robert's Hawai'i but aloha travel made all the arrangements to make sure we got on the shuttle.

Wow to Aloha VIP Tours! They do it all! Our travel agent booked our tours with Aloha VIP and everything went smoothly! We went on our trip a year ago. We did quite a bit with Aloha VIP tours. The Lei greeting was beautiful and welcoming. The lei smelt delicious and lasted a while (we put ours in a zip lock bag in the fridge of our hotel and it kept longer). Good coordinating of where we needed to go and wait for the bus to pick us up to get to our hotel. We also did the Grand Circle Island tour which is a must! It takes a good chunk of your day so be prepared but well worth it. Finding the tour bus was a little confusing because there were a lot of other tour companies lined up. Fred was our tour guide and he was amazing. So many beautiful places to see and appreciate. The bus was cool and comfortable. No restrooms on the bus though. Fred also took us to the Tropical Farms Macadamia Nuts which was a bonus for the tour (not included). Also at each spot we had a good amount of time to explore, didn't feel rushed. Our other tour was Arizona / City Tour. The city tour didn't give much time to explore or you weren't able to get out and explore and instead it was a drive by and point out. Same goes for visiting Pearl Harbor. Didn't have enough a ton of time to visit everything, so if you really want to see more at Pearl Habor - I suggest getting there on your own and not with Aloha VIP. Finally we went to the Germaine's Luau. The luau and spot itself so worth it! The trip to get there is longgggg! Our driver was funny like dad joke funny. Kept us entertained but also got lost and had to turn around this huge bus.

Booked Hotel Transfer transportation (private sedan transfer) as part of a Costco Travel package. No one in red and white Aloha attire holding a Costco Travel sign to meet and greet us with Leis. Walked around the Baggage claim area and outside looking for this person. After 10-15 minutes it was obvious we were stood up. Got Uber instead to our hotel. Extremely disappointing experience as a first time visitors to Hawaii.

I had a great experience talking to Sione on the phone to reserve our round trip airport transfers during our recent trip to Oahu! He was so kind and the process was easy. He explained the pick up and drop off details as well as what the weather was like so we could prepare ourselves accordingly. When we arrived to HNL, we followed Sione's directions and someone from Aloha VIP was there to greet us. Then we were brought to our shuttle bus and dropped us off at our hotel in Waikiki. Our shuttle back to HNL airport at the end of our trip, picked us up right on the dot at 9:30am so that was great. We picked up other confirmed passengers on the way and we still made it to the airport in good time. 5 stars for great service, for clear directions, for being on time and friendly shuttle drivers who helped us with our bags. Would recommend and use their service again.

We used their service through a Costco package traveling from the Honolulu airport to Waikiki. Average cost per ride is $40-60. On our way to the resort my husband left his cell phone in the shuttle bus. The driver was on his way back to give it to my husband. Upon leaving, it was the day of the 1/2 marathon on 4/13/25 expecting 10,000 runners and our street was closed down. The driver communicated and was able to still pick us up early to get us to the airport in time. Very pleased with their service

We used Aloha VIP Tours as part of our Costco package for airport transport. I was a bit skeptical from reading the negative reviews, but happy to report we had no issues with both trips. We were picked up on time with our lei greetings and transported back in the same manner. The drivers were friendly and personable. We plan on using them again for our future trips. For peace of mind, I did call them the day before to confirm everything, but feel that I didn't need to, and they would've showed up on time as promised.

Everything was good until pick up. Bus drove by without stopping and then marked us as a no show. Had to pay our own a transportation. Edit: emailed Marc. He lets the 3rd party shuttle service decide who he can refund. Work with people you can rely on Marc. I had proof of calling Aloha VIP twice to report the shuttle as late. And they're claiming that the same time I called them that the 3rd party shuttle said I wasn't there. THEN HOW WOULD I KNOW THEY WERE LATE. Had to pay $50 for a taxi. I emailed the reservations@aloha to reply to the owner.

Booked through Costco. This was quite possibly the worst Lei Greeting we have ever experienced. The lady waiting for us was angry and kept yelling our last name. When we got our bag, we approached her and she just said our last name and aggressively handed us our Lei's. Barely even made eye contact. She didn't even bother to put it on us. She just pushed it towards us and immediately walked away. We assumed we had to follow her? We struggled with our own bags trying to follow her. Once we got there she just pointed in a very annoyed way to the van. We took our bags to the van and yeah. Not a very warm welcome/ Lei greeting. Definitely not the ALOHA way. If you want to feel NOT WELCOME, book a Lei Greeting through them. Our Driver Sean was excellent and deserves 5 stars in his own. The 1 star is for the woman "greeting" people in the airport. Perhaps she should look for another job.

Got airport transfers through Costco with these folks. The lei greeting was the only thing to go well. Then we were directed to walk to the other end of baggage claim where another service would provide the shuttle to hotel. The other service had only one wheelchair accessible shuttle and so they wanted to make us wait 45 minutes for that (I bet that was 45 Hawaiian minutes or 70 minutes otherwise). We left and took Lyft.

The best way to get in touch with Aloha VIP Tours is by messaging them on Facebook or Yelp. They are extremely quick to respond via those mediums and even respond outside of their Hawaii business hours. + Positive experiences for my shuttle transportation to and from the airport! Easy to find our Aloha VIP Representative in their aloha shirt at our baggage claim + Although Costco fine print says that you have to verify the pickup ride from your hotel to the airport, our rep said this process was only needed if there was a change in our flight time. This was confirmed in the yellow slip they gave us upon arrival so we were reassured that we will be picked up on time! (note: Aloha VIP uses Roberts Hawaii as a third party shuttle service so if there are any changes to your flight time, I would ask your concierge to get in touch with both companies) + Many tours from the $100 voucher were limited, so I requested if I can give a lei greeting to another friend group and Aloha VIP rep Shea was so sweet and said "no problem!!" My friend was able to get a surprise lei greeting upon arrival! Thank you Shea!! All, remember that businesses are doing their best with the limited staff and influx of tourists wanting to enjoy the islands. Please have patience as the locals also want to give you the best experience with the resources they have. Mahalo! Hope to visit the islands again soon.
