We did a one day rental to see the north coast. Positives: great location close to Waikiki hotels. After-hours drop off system. Negatives: high mileage cars in poor condition. A rental car with 50k miles is unusual. My car had a ton of scratches and dents. The rotors were warped and so braking caused a lot of vibration. Also 17-18mpg in a compact car should not be a thing. Most of their front desk workers seemed like they didn't want to be there and that customers were nuisances. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is that my daughter forgot her AirPods in the car and one of the cleaning crew workers was amazing in helping us retrieve it. I even offered him a tip and he refused! I wish I got his name.
