I had a small fender bender and needed a rental while my car was at the body shop. My insurance company suggested Enterprise and since I have used them, happily, on and off, for years, I agreed. Lovely Alex checked me in and got me into a car in 20 minutes. They kept me informed along the 5 day rental as to what was going on which I appreciated. When I returned the car, their wonderful coordinator TJ checked me in and had me delivered back to the auto shop. They are all so nice and more importantly, efficient. I really recommend this location.

My recent experience with this rental place left me frustrated and disappointed. I reached out to their customer service team for help with booking a vehicle via my car insurance company. The representative I spoke with seemed uninterested in resolving the issue and even gave conflicting information. After multiple follow-ups, I was still left with no clear solution, and no one took ownership of the problem. Good customer service is about listening, taking responsibility, and helping the customer feel valued. Unfortunately, Enterprise failed on all counts. I hope they seriously reevaluate their approach, because based on this experience, I will not be returning--and I wouldn't recommend them to others.

Had a rental car reservation for me via State Farm recently. Visited the Enterprise Car Rental location at 1221 Kapiolani Blvd. Very surprised that their store was so close to my home in Makiki. To make my experience exceptional, I was even picked up at my home thru their shuttle service. Really saved me from calling a taxi and the long walk to their site. The staff of Derin Rita, Bryce, and Nick were so helpful, friendly, and personable. Their awesome professionalism really made my day.

Fast, easy, and convenient car rental. During this visit to Oahu, we rented a jeep from this Enterprise location only due to the fact that they open at 7:30am instead of 8 like the location at our hotel. We needed our car early for an excursion that we needed to get to. When we picked up our car, the service was fast and friendly. We got the car we reserved, and it was clean with a full tank of gas. Another plus to renting from this Enterprise location is that it was about $100 cheaper than renting from the one at our hotel.

This may be the most courteous and respectful rental car office I have ever been in. (I average about 45 rental days per year.) My car was in the shop and the shop arranged for a rental at this Enterprise office. Before I arrived they called to say my rental car was ready. When I arrived at the office and they escorted me to the elevator, the agent stopped to point out the correct ramp to drive into when I returned the vehicle. He then proceeded to the elevator, pushed the button and gave me clear directions where to go when I got off the elevator. Upstairs there was a couple in front of me. After the agent finished with them, he confirmed my name, and then asked if I was okay with the make and model of car they had chosen for me. I was. He gave me clear and detailed directions on how to get out of the parking garage. When I returned, he asked if everything was okay with the rental. It was. We finished the paperwork. He then asked if there was anything they could have done TO MAKE IT BETTER! I had nothing to add. The agent then thanked me for being a customer, again, (this is important because their garage might otherwise be confusing to people), gave me clear directions to the elevator and the correct button to push and, because I was getting an Uber, explained that using the nearby restaurant as a pickup spot might make it easier for the Uber driver to find me. It worked! It was a great experience, beginning to end. Thanks Enterprise Kapiolani!

First person I encountered at the front desk was Alex, had outstanding customer service. Friendly and helpful. even escorted two kupuna's to the top floor to pick up our car. Other staff was also helpful in selecting the car we preferred. Then returning car, staff was also courteous and drove us to our auto body shop to pick up our car. Would definitely use Enterprise (Kapiolani) again! Thank you!

Had an awful experience with this enterprise location. Walked in with my husband without a reservation while we were on vacation. We just wanted to have a car for a day. My husband does not speak English very well. We were greeted by a young lady with glasses at the counter named Bree. I feel like she was being very racist towards my husband because she continued to cut him off and seemed impatient and rolling her eyes while he was trying to speak with her. She made multiple comments in a very rude tone about how she could not understand him. We were so disappointed we just left. We always rent from Enterprise but we are going to start going to Budget and Hertz instead after this experience.

Moat amaZing car rental company on the island. I want to work there as an MIT to having my own store! They are such beautiful humans, inside & out. They have a perfectly choreographed way they do their business and I was in awe at the level of teamwork and passion and care they exuded. They also executed every part of the process to a "T!" Highly, highly recommend them over anyone else.

Rented from Enterprise May 2024 when recall was performed on my truck and Cutter Dodge set up the rental. I recieved a charged Dec 2024 and I have not used enterprise since then. I filled the charge as fraud but was rejected because enterprise provided my information from May. I am currently filing another dispute because I did not authorize this charge. I did not recieve any notification or reciept on this charge. I know it was not me because I moved to CA in August and have not been to Honolulu since then. I do not know how they are able to provide my driver's license to claim that this charge is from me. And why am I being charge 7 months after my initial rental. Even though I was charged and refunded because Cutter Dodge was suppose to cover the cost of the rental. Hope this is an isolated case but if you rent from here beware of extra charges to your cards after your rental.
