I made a shuttle reservation for Next March 2026 on July 19 2025 . For 100.52 for one person round-trip to the airport . I cancel and they charged me a 15 % cancellation fee . Thieves and sycophants . I use Viator now . Use anybody else on the island but this group of unprofessional! Especially EVA !

Convenient and reasonable in cost. It's nice knowing they have your reservation info and call you the day before to confirm your pick up time. I used their service twice before for trips and was happy with them, so I booked again. The only negative comment I have, and it seems to be a common thing as I've seen others post about it, the driver made mention many times in transit that it's customary to tip and that it's expensive to live in Hawaii... while I'm okay with tipping and fully support it, I didn't have singles on me and the driver didn't carry change and asked if he could keep the larger bill. Luckily my hotel had change so I was able to tip $6. I'd recommend that their drivers not be so pushy as it relates to tipping and they should carry change as well.

Driver picked us up at Moana Surfrider on time or actually earlier, which is great. Got us at the airport in plenty of time and he was a good driver too considering the traffic in Waikiki and pedestrians jaywalking.

Had a great experience with the driver picking us up from airport and taking us to hotel. He gave us tips on where to shop and explained some basic Hawaii customs to educate us. Felt safe and trusted the service provided..

Prepaid for 4 passengers several months in advance. For health reasons , two passengers could not travel so I called and made the changes. Said they would issue refund within 2-3 days. That was 6 weeks ago, and after 4 more phone calls finally got refund today. My wife and I did make the trip and like others have said the drivers just stand there and demand a tip. Not professional, very rude.

This was my first time in Hawaii and Alex did an amazing job of making our tour day both fun and educational. He was timely, flexible, and brought us to the "better" local food spots as opposed to the usual hyped up places you hear of. The tour was a great balance of nature, history, and food, and the conversation in the shuttle was entertaining. I honestly didn't expect such a personable experience from a shuttle tour. Alex also picked us up from the airport when we first arrived. We were running late grabbing our bags, but he was more than okay waiting on us and still offered to bring us to a lunch spot before dropping us off to our hotel.

DON'T EVER BOOK WITH THEM! I booked a shuttle but for next year ( 6 months away) and emailed them for cancellation within 24 hours. Anyways, I asked for a refund, and they did not provide a full refund! WTH!!! this is totally highway robbery! I didn't even use their service or cancel it close to arrival date, this is 6 MONTHS AWAY! BAD business!

Service was just ok ..... what we didn't like was at the end of our drive the driver stood there with his hand out and said "you got Tip for me.....?" I thought tips were a choice for good service..... ? Not a demand!! Might want to tell your drivers that. We were shocked by his demand. Would not use this service again because of that FYI. We do usually tip but just don't like being asked for it!!

Avoid at all costs I ordered services online in June the day of pickup September 27th at 3:00 a.m. they called to cancel saying they didn't have a driver I asked for a refund in full and they said no it was round trip purchase they will not refund then I was told I would get a partial refund for no pickup it's been 40 days and I still have not no credit or no callbacks or nothing I have called time inquiries I highly recommend you stay away from this company see other reviews how they leave people stranded. When we got pick up at the hotel to return the driver was not happy with our tip about and was very rude!!!
