This agency cancelled my reservation the day before the rental date. Late afternoon the day before. Said ALL the keys were stolen. No second set of keys. Nothing they can do. We were on Maui with no service when they say they tried to call, but they didn't leave a voice mail or send an email or a text. Only sent a "your reservation is cancelled" message. It's so bogus. Ruined the one day we had on Oahu.

Very poor car rental service. Terrible communication and very bad customer service. You have to guess where to pick up or drop off the vehicle. Additionally, they charge you unjustifiably after returning the vehicle. I do not recommend it.

Waikiki, HI. I don't recommend this agency if you have to have specific car. I booked mini van. They were supposed to deliver it 8 am. Said they don't have mini van nor 7 seaters so they can't to give us a car. We had a reservation with Kualoa so we had to leave asap. The person who was supposed to return 'my mini van' yesterday, it wasn't to return. So they don't have a van. Said it was not his fault that the person who was supposed to return didn't return. So I had to cancel and look for the van. If you are okay with smaller car probably works for you but don't book special type of car or bigger size car.

For anyone looking for a GREAT CAR RENTAL COMPANY- here is a SOLID Recommendation!! GO VIBE Car Rental.. Justin is who helped us. I have called, searched and researched car rental companies for the past two weeks. Go Vibe by far has the most reasonable rental prices out there! You can rent from HNL Airport, which the process is a total of 7 minutes- they literally have the vehicle waiting for you upon arrival OR they will drop the vehicle off to your hotel location... If you are in need of a rental- Call Justin at Go Vibe. Just so people know- I am in no way affiliated with Justin or his company. I felt that sharing this information would help other families, like my own when it comes to searching and researching car rental companies for vacation.
