Watch out! I called their phone number and asked if there were any hidden fees or other charges, because they're showing EIGHTY per cent off club rates. Guy was a real a-hole, snotty attitude. Put me on hold and walked away from the call, waited 25 minutes but he never did come back on the line....Pretty questionable, I wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole. Scam? or just incomptent?

We hurriedly purchased a gift card last night from Hawaii Tee Times website without reading the fine print (actually bold, red print) that this was not for local residents. We received a text an hour later thanking us for the purchase and they questioned if we bought it for a "local HI resident or for a visitor from the mainland coming to Hawaii". Needless to say, we thought we lost our money because we couldn't use the gift card. But...we received the most wonderful text this morning that the gift card was disabled and our money was refunded. Such a class act of Hawaii Tee Times!!! We were so surprised and very appreciative of the unexpected refund. We will definitely recommend Hawaii Tee Times to our mainland visitors!

Friendly staff and perfect recommendation for playing the Royal Hawaiian course. Highly recommend them and make sure to confirm what type of golf experience you want as some courses are under repair whereas others are going to be pristine. We played the Royal Hawaiian Golf Club course and it was beautiful for a round with the wife!

I had found Hawaii Tee times about 6 months ago and booked a round in Maui for myself and my son. Due to COVID we had to postpone our trip. I called Hawaii Tee Times and they said it was not an issue. Due to my mistake when rebooking I called the course directly. When I showed up at the course I had to pay again, but when I contacted Hawaii Tee Times they immedialty credited my credit card while we were still playing. They were fantastic, great customer service and I would highly recommend them when golfing in Hawaii.

Kauai Golf Club Rentals is NOT Hawaii Tee Times, we are a small business on Kauai. You could be professional and change that Google search listing to avoid customer confusion. Or, even worse, what you're doing is intentional and malicious. With no response to phone calls or emails one can only assume....

After several cancelled trips due to Covid, we had some airline vouchers that were about to expire. With much uncertainty still surrounding international travel, Hawaii appeared a good option so we booked a four night getaway at Westin Hapuna Beach Resort. In order to avoid disappointment, we also advance booked a helicopter tour, daily golf and evening dining at various restaurants. Not unexpectedly, all of these advance reservations came with cancellation penalties but there were no apparent reasons for our plans to change since we are retired. Everything was set and we were excited to be traveling again. Then everything unraveled on our day of departure. After sitting at the airport for 4 hours, our connecting flight never arrived causing us to miss the only departure that day to Kona. No equivalent seats were available on the next day's flights so we reluctantly canceled the trip we were so looking forward to. As we contacted the various travel suppliers through which reservations had been booked, we were relieved that all but one was understanding of the circumstances surrounding our cancellation and waived their cancellation penalties, fully refunding all deposited funds. The only travel supplier who would not waive cancellation penalties was Hawaii Tee Times. I was fully aware that Hawaii Tee Times charges a 15% processing fee for all cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the tee time and 100% thereafter. Since our cancellation was last minute and out of our control, I never expected this to be an issue. When I contacted Hawaii Tee Times to explain the situation, I was advised that it was up to the Manager to decide what I could be refunded (that had already charged 100% of the cost to my credit card and issued vouchers). The response I received was that they would honor the vouchers for a future reservation of refund all but the processing fee - it was their policy to never refund the processing fee. We have been to Hawaii many times and were only making this trip due to the unique circumstances surrounding Covid so having the full cost of the vouchers sitting with Hawaii Tee Times awaiting an uncertain future reservation was not really a good option. Plus - who knows if Hawaii Tee Times will even still be in business when that time came? So we ate the 15% processing fee with disappointment. My message is Buyer Beware - in these uncertain travel times, the unexpected is more likely to occur than you may imagine. We were very pleased that every travel provider except Hawaii Tee Times with whom we advance booked for this trip fully refunded our deposited funds based on the fact that this cancellation was out of our control. Hawaii Tee Times was the only company who refused flexibility in their policies and chose to capitalize from our misfortune. This is certainly the sign of a very unprofessional business and one I would recommend steering clear of. There are many other Hawaii golf reservation sites available, even though Hawaii Tee Times seems to pop up first on the Internet, so do your homework before risking your money with an unethical company such as Hawaii Tee Times. Incidentally - when I contracted Hapuna Golf Club they advised that do not charge anything until you check in and would have cancelled the reservation without charge if booked direct. They also advised that they receive no reimbursement from Hawaii Tee Times for cancelled reservations - so all retained funds were kept solely by Hawaii Tee Times.

I do not write reviews but Hawaii Tee Times did something extraordinary! I reserved 4 rounds of golf at 4 great courses on Kauai, They offered very good prices for our rounds. I made an error on my calendar and missed one of the rounds. Sent a note that I would still like to play this Jack Nicklaus course called Hokuala and they responded- on the same day- They called the course. Got my wife and I on the next day for a 9am tee time. Incredible. So kind of them and the Course to forgive my error, give me a paid for round the next day. Exemplary service and I will definitely use them again. Thanks!

The young lady taking my reservation request for tee times had trouble speaking so that I could understand her, and she had trouble understanding me. She took the wrong expiration date for my credit card, which triggered a 45-minute debacle with my bank to get it corrected. And when I called back, they said it was not their fault. There are better ways to get tee times without aggravation that ruins a trip. The problem in Hawaii is that if you are not a native islander, they don't care how they treat you. They only want your money.

They advertise golf, clubs rentals, and transportation to/from course on their website. When I called to inquire - they could book the course, have an offsite entity to pickup your rental clubs (? - does not make sense since we do not have transportation) and only able to provide transportation to/from 2 of the golf courses they list. If you are looking for a one stop Oahu golf group (from course, tee time, transportation, rental clubs) this may not be the group to work with for your vacation and it appears other organizations on the island can offer all the appropriate services.

I have used Hawaii Tee Times several times. They are great to work with. Their recommendations on where to play, when to play, course conditions and general information is spot on. We just returned from Hawaii and played 3 courses on the Big Island and 2 on Maui. On the Big Island we wanted to play where we were staying at Wiakaloa. They had a 2 course package there which was the lowest rates we could find. At their suggestion, we played Kona Country Club which was a great treat. They have never let me down. I highly recommend.
