We've never stayed as a family at a hotel here in Waikiki. My father lives in Ewa so we are always there or at an air bnb. We all stayed at this hotel for our daughter's wedding, the entire wedding party included. It was a great deal and valet was covered. We got the corner room which has as beautiful balcony over looking their pool. They have happy hour too. Although we made our own . What's wonderful is that Target is across the street and Waikiki market and walking distance to everything. I can't express how many times I've walked this area. lol. I like to venture out to different parts of the island but since our time is limited this week and for our daughter. We are chilling by the poolside most of the time, had some shaved ice, went to Ala Moana. Life is so different here, no one is in a hurry. Service and people here are super nice. Although some guests can be so immature at the front desk when checking in or asking questions. If you're visiting another country or island be respectful because you'll want the same respect when others visit your home town. Like

Had a bachelorette party here and chose this room for guests to have more space. I booked at one bedroom with the large patio, I think they only have two rooms like this. It was more than enough space!!! The rooms have smart tvs. Beds and pillows were so comfy and the AC was ice cold!!! The service here was really well done! Reception, valet and luggage service were all great. We didn't use the pool, but it was happening, music and chairs and the pool bar was really nice. Location is excellent right across from target!!! I would definitely stay here again for a staycation.

I stayed here for a wedding in Waikiki. Originally it was only my husband and I so we purchased a package through Costco. My mom joined us at the last minute and we were able to upgrade our room to a suite at check-in. The staff was always incredibly friendly. The rooms were comfortable and had a mini fridge and microwave. There was coffee in the room, but no tea available. Let me tell you, I originally stayed here because it was what I could afford. HOWEVER, this location is EVERYTHING. They offer yoga every morning. The pool is located on the 3rd floor and is a bit small. You walk out on the street and you're in the center of it all. I highly recommend this hotel.

Check-in went quickly, Brian gave us the rundown and what's included with the resort fee. To my delight, yoga is offered everyday from 8-9am on the 4th floor. There's also beach rentals where you pick up to 3 chairs, umbrellas, boogy board, etc with premium rental options for an extra price like SUP boards and snorkel equipment. It is a 10 minute walk to get to the rental spot so keep that in mind. On Sunday evenings they have stargazing on the pool deck which we missed but would try make it next time!! The housekeeping/environmental services is phenomenal! The staff is super friendly and did a good job with keeping the bed sheets crisp, towels in-check. Gold/Diamond members get a $15/pp credit a day so we utilized that by getting snacks, energy drinks, juices, alcohol, sandwiches for the road/flight home. Hotel is in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, beach. The pool is sorta small but clean. 3rd floor also has a bar, complimentary pumps of sun block/tan lotion, and the towel rental kiosk.

After Japan I decided to have a staycation in Waikiki self quarantine myself . I booked the Hilton Garden Inn corner of Walina and Kuhio Ave . First time staying at this location and I really like it . I'm a Marriott Bon Voyage customer plus a Hilton honors . Actually this Hilton is conveniently located in the middle of Waikiki right across Target . Plus the big difference when I checked in my room was already ready @ 9:30am I wish I got the front desk person name because he was very accommodating and very customer service oriented . Most hotels you need to wait at 3pm in order to check in or they will charge you a fee for early check in . Rooms are very nice walk in shower with big bottles of shampoo , conditioner, body wash on the shower wall . Big TV on the wall plus refrigerator and a safe and also a microwave. 5 Stars for the Hilton Garden inn . Support local

This Hilton Garden Inn is located in the center of Waikiki Beach, being able to access all points of interest! The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the housekeeping does a great job for multiple stays! There is valet on site if you have a vehicle, and checking-in and -out was efficient. Staff are friendly, and they are pretty responsive in terms of providing any toiletries that may have been forgotten. This is a great budget hotel. I found the staff to be helpful and accommodating. I require an accessible room (Which they have and are very big). Downside, not the best location, but still only a couple blocks from beach. We enjoyed being across from the International Marketplace. If you are on a budget this is a good value

Ok place to stay with a convenient location. The Amenities dont justify the 200.00 "Resort Fee" in my opinion. Staff can be friendly and rooms are adequately clean but halls and rooms can have an odd smell. Two false storm evacuation alarms were set off before 6am. Nice fully stocked mini market on property. Small pool and limited lounge chairs.
