If I wasn't pregnant while visiting I would have gotten a large but the iced Hawaiian latte was absolutely amazing & the chocolate croissant was warm and flakey, oozed with chocolate. If I could have gotten Honolulu coffee everyday I was in Honolulu I definitely would have The place is cute and has a great little set up for people to sit and enjoy their coffee. Cannot recommend this place enough!

My last visit to this coffee spot during my stay at the Moana hotel last year left me expecting another great experience this year--but unfortunately, I was clearly wrong. While the location remains convenient and the setup inviting, the customer service this time around was disappointing. We were taken aback by the attitude of the woman taking our order--specifically the one with the eyebrow piercing. When we politely asked about the croissants (which were mislabeled), she seemed clearly annoyed, even though she admitted the labeling was incorrect. It's not unreasonable to want to know what you're ordering, especially when the signage is wrong. I understand everyone can have a rough morning, but when you're working in hospitality--especially in a busy tourist area--patience and a basic level of courtesy should be expected. I can brush off a bit of coldness, but treating my mother with visible irritation crossed a line. Hopefully, this was just an off day, but I would suggest a reminder to the staff that customer service isn't just about taking orders--it's about how you make people feel.

The line is always pretty long, even when I went only a half hour after they opened. I love Honolulu Coffee Company, so I'll do it. I'll be in there for 15-20 minutes to get my fix. It's connected to the Moana Surfrider on the outside right - not inside the hotel. They have a good amount of seating for the size of the shop but it's always been so busy in the mornings when I go (8:30-9:30) that the line is kind of in the way of a lot of chairs. Once you order, the food/drinks come out pretty fast. It's a little on the pricier side but worth it IMO. If you're from out of town, there's no parking, in case you were wondering. May the odds be ever in your favor with Waikiki parking.

Nice coffee shop. I tried one of the pour over drinks and had the standard coffee. I think the standard one was good. They have some Hawaiian style drinks and food options. Plenty of seating and right near the Main Street of Waikiki.

Came back because this was one of my favorite coffee places. I mentioned it to the cashier that the Hawaiian frost wasn't sweet enough on my last visit. He said it was the same three pumps as always but they could sweeten it. Super nice employee. He greeted us when we came in and he greeted others too. They did sweeten the frost. Hmm, it was better but I might try the mocha frost next time. I love the quiche here and the turkey hand pie was good too. I also received a $5 birthday reward thru toast. It is nice and relaxing here. The Acai bowl is good. The sweet potato haupia was not to my taste but I would come back and try other menu items.

This shop has an unfair advantage, being located in a beautiful historic hotel. The place is immaculate, beautifully decorated. The staff was extremely attentive, and the order comes out lighting fast. A well oiled machine. I had the Kona ice coffee. After drinking Starbuck daily on the mainland, my wife was very impressed with the Kona Bean. And the almond croissant was simply amazing. Love this place.

Cool little spot! Total vibes from the moment you walk in -- but that might just be Hawaii working its magic. My friend and I ended up coming here a lot during our trip after randomly stumbling across it. It's the kind of place that grows on you fast. There's one table by the outlet, which lowkey became our go-to study/work zone. We were even lurking and waiting for a guy to leave so we could casually swoop in like table ninjas. Worth it!! The open window view is elite, with that perfect Hawaiian breeze flowing through -- it honestly feels like your productivity gets a buff just by sitting there. I got the ube latte (so good) and my friend got one of their teas, which also hit the spot. And can we talk about how fast the service is?? My latte basically appeared out of thin air the moment I tapped my card. Barista magic. They also sell cute merch like mugs and towels, which makes total sense since the beach is just a short stroll away. Overall: Great vibes, great drinks, quick service, and a top-tier seat if you're lucky enough to snag it.

Not a whole ton to say but they got good bean here. One thing was some of the souvenirs were insanely priced. Overall service was quick and they open early in the morning before catching the sunrise on Waikīkī.
