Came in the get 2 burgers and mini churros. The restaurant at this location is clean and tidy. The employees were very friendly. However, the restrooms state employees only. Ask for the key to the restroom. My initial thought was why would I want to eat someone I can't use the restroom? Nevertheless, good experience.

We usually visit the Jack in the Box downtown Honolulu but tonight, we visited the Jack in the Box at 633 Kapahulu Avenue. Very sad experience because to start, their soda machine does not work. We visited the restaurant and their milk shake machine was being cleaned. I ordered the Fried Rice Bowl which is always very delicious at the downtown location but at this store, it was horrible! Dry, very little egg, Portuguese sausage and the amount was very little, which for $4.99 was not worth it! My friend got the South West salad for $14.39 which was horrible! Aside from horrible food, and no choices on beverages, the service was slow. It took over 20 minutes to get our order. They were more interested in giving their attention to the drive thru orders than the people inside the dining room. The dining room was dirty and not kept! So, personally, this would be the last time I will go to this location, and if anyone is reading this review, I suggest you do the same. It is not worth the time and money. T-Mobile Tuesday... It's gonna be Jumbo Jack for dinner and that made the decision easy as it was a freebie collaboration and all you need is their app. Decided on this Kapahulu location which sits on a very busy corner of Kapahulu/Mo'oheau but does have exits on either street making it easy to navigate whichever direction you choose. I'm usually indecisive so when it's decided for me it's as easy as choosing your location order your item and modify to your choice along with pick up method of carry out or drive thru, the dining room is quite large and nice and clean though I kept my order simple to the single burger it was done fast and easy. Having their app does have it's perks of deals and rewards though I don't visit that often each point counts to some free rewards and who doesn't love that. Thank you!

Horrible customer service! Dont expect much from Jack in the box but boy did they get me. Manager and employees getting wise and talking back/yelling at the customers. Never going back to this jacks again! I can't believe this place has a 2 star rating

I had a live roach crawl out of the burger after I'd eaten half of it. When I went and showed the employees and asked for a refund they laughed at me and made jokes about which workers station the roach came from. Absolutely disgusting and handled with zero class.

Today at around 11:40 AM I went to Jack in the Box on King Street. I had a coupon in the newspaper so I told my coworkers I was going to buy them lunch. I always see coupons in the newspaper and think to myself that I should use them sometime. So I brought one home and used it today. I ordered the "4 Family Meal Package" and when I brought it to the office, I was really embarrassed. The chicken sandwich had a slice of lettuce and a thin fried chicken patty. The Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger had no cheese, just one piece of slice of lettuce and a slice of tomato, and mayo on top. The hamburger patty was thin and dry. The tacos were soggy because they had been made for a long time and the fries were cold and stiff. I was really disappointed. $21.99 ... . "I should have bought them one by one," I thought regretfully. I was disappointed that the coupons were just used as simple advertising by the company and were used differently from individual purchase orders. If the quality of the food differs so much no matter how many coupons I use, I never want to go to Jack in the Box again. In my case, my husband and I often went there for breakfast sandwiches. They were always delicious and I thought the quality was higher than that of other companies' breakfast menus... I was really disappointed and felt so embarrassed and sorry in front of my colleagues that I promised to buy Chick-fil-A next time. My colleagues all shook their heads and consoled me by saying that I just had to not go there again. Anyway, if this is the kind of coupon use that fools customers, I want to tell the people to stop going there and I will never go there again. I don't want even give them one star!

Why is it that I can almost always count on these workers to close their drive thru. As I pull in, I could see the workers sitting at the dine in section. The drive thru was closed off but their online hours said open.

We were on vacation and I happen to stumble upon the Jack-in-the-box breakfast combo. I used to eat the McDonalds Big Breakfast with spam, Portuguese sausage, scrambled eggs and steam rice until I saw a great breakfast plate at JIB. I ordered a Breakfast Combo that includes fried rice with Portuguese sausage, fried spam, scrambled eggs, hash browns and a drink. It was a great breakfast for a quick meal. Who doesn't live fried rice and the cherry on top was the fried rice came with Portuguese sausage. The fried rice was moist, good flavor, warm and good ingredients. The spam tasted pan fried but I believe it is prepared on a flat cook top to get the caramelization. Jack-in-the-box is my new go to place for a quick tasty breakfast place with lots of variety when I'm in Hawaii. My breakfast meal hit the right spot.
