First time at this place, and my kids had a blast! We went close to closing, so it wasn't crowded, and we got to try every part of the indoor playground. The staff was so sweet, chatting with my son while he played in the kitchen area. The supervisor Zi, was a gem, and so patient with us. Inside was very clean and organized. I was happy to see that they provide sandals to use their restroom because only socks are allowed inside. Heads-up: you'll need their grip socks, which are around 3$. Awesome experience, we're definitely coming back!

We chose Kid City Honolulu for our birthday party this year. This was a no-brainer because our twins love Kid City! One of the ways that made Kid City so affordable was booking a weekday party. When you reach a minimum of 10 paid children guests, the room is FREE!!! Since we chose a 4 hour party, we saved $400, which is the cost for the party room on a weekend. Interacting with the staff, whether I was communicating via a phone call, email, or in-person, every person I spoke to possessed excellent communication and interpersonal skills. All my questions were answered, emails were responded to in a timely fashion, and the overall planning experience has been just amazing thanks to Sierrah, Natalie & Zi!!!

Book that last minute party! Booked ours within 1 week and reaped the benefits! Staff was on point from booking until clean up. Party room was cleaned and ready to use. Loved that they provide TV for entertainment for the adults while the kids run wild! Had absolutely ZERO issues. Will book here again!

Another amazing day spent at Kids City Honolulu. I was battling between going to the beach or Kids City and decided indoors with AC was the plan for today. We walked in around. 11a, and it was very quick to check in. Don't forget your Kids City grip socks, if you need a new pair you can grab for $3 each. We received our locker and key fob to put away our belongings and got straight to it. My 2 year old wanted to go straight to the second floor. Where we were greeted right away. I love that. Safe to say my daughter had the best time, we were upstairs, in the Lego area, near the slide and ball pit upstairs. We headed downstairs for some arcade fun and dance party! Phew two hours flew by. We can't wait to be back. Mahalo to the amazing staff at Kids City Honolulu. We can't wait to come back.

We hosted a 4th birthday party at Kids City in November 2025. As always, our son has a blast playing with all his friends at Kids City - he loves the large trampoline and water play area on the 2nd floor and balloon play area on the 1st floor. This is the first time we hosted an event at Kids City and had a great experience. We appreciate the fact that Kids City provides the option to add a Kids City helper for $50 - an option we noted that not many similar kid play places offer for parties and at a very reasonable price for all the help our Kids City helper provided ahead of and on party day. Our Kids City helpers did an amazing job and handled everything including blowing up balloons ahead of party day, setting up our decorations, loading and unloading from our car, helping us setup our food, helping us to cut cake, and helping us to clean up at the end of the party. Thanks to our Kids City helpers my family and I could focus more on enjoying the party!

I recently hosted my daughter's 7th birthday party at Kids City Honolulu, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Their website made the booking process incredibly easy, which was a relief amidst all the planning. The customer service was outstanding; every time I had a question, the staff was friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Natalie, the supervisor, who took the time to show me the party room ahead of time. She was not only welcoming but also incredibly accommodating. On the day of the event, I appreciated being able to pull up to the loading zone, where a staff member was there to help me unload everything onto a cart, making the setup much smoother. Overall, everything was clear and well organized, which made the party a wonderful experience for both my daughter and our guests. I highly recommend Kids City Honolulu for any celebration!

I had to babysit my out-of -town nephew. He's 7 and we had never been to Kids City before, but I'm a little familiar with where it is because I often go to the friends of the library bookstore, which is located 2 storefronts down from kids city. It's located where the old bed bath and beyond was. I was honestly a little worried that it would be too babyish for a 7 year old. But he enjoyed playing in the trampoline area, the zip line, the slides and the stairway to heaven. It seems like the demographic is much younger though, and I think he was getting a little bored towards the end of our hour. When you get here, you queue up until it is on the hour and maybe half hour too. They let us in to check in and sign waivers a little before the hour mark and we were given a locker bracelet. We both had to buy socks because there are no outside shoes past the locker area. For $30, it was kind of a pricey experience, but my nephew had fun. I wonder if he would have just as much fun at the free playground across the street though, you know? I liked that there were plenty of places for adults to sit and that there seemed to be several employees stationed around the more dangerous areas to remind kids to play safely. There are even areas where you can host parties. This seems way cooler to have your bday party here instead of like chuckecheese. It's pricey though ofc. They offer some food options, but we ate elsewhere. I'm also glad it didn't seem too crowded. We didn't have to wait to go on any of the activities, and we came on a Saturday so I'm curious to see what it's like during the week.

We purchased a 3 month Champion membership for our 6yr old son, and we are glad to report that it is well worth it. Since we homeschool, we were able to maximize our membership to its fullest and take advantage of the perks. We previously frequented a nearby park, but with the summer heat and growing crowd, it was a delight to be in air condition all the while have our son run off his energy lol. Added plus is the well-maintained and clean facility. Shoutout to the staff that has become "uncles and aunties" to our son. All of you have made our membership experience an exceptional one! Sierra -- we appreciate your thoughtfulness and kindness. Thank you for Caleb's Chocco hat and pins; he absolutely cherishes them! Also for adding more dinosaurs to the sandlot area, it always makes his day. To all the young men employees -- we'd like to thank each of you for your consistency of greeting Caleb with such enthusiasm. He grew especially fond of uncle Cody. But we'd like to mention Ranson and Tony by name as well! Terii -- your smile is always welcoming. We acknowledge your passion and hard work. We highly recommend everyone to check out Kid's City and even consider a membership if you go there multiple times a month; if you do the math, it's a pretty good deal.
