Beware: This place will take advantage of your needs to maximize their profits. I had two luggages that are typical checked luggage size measuring 26-28, but the employee insisted that my luggages are to be accepted in the XL luggage category, which were $5 more each. When I provided proof that both luggages were less than what she claimed, the employee simply said that it's their policy to measure from the wheel to the handle instead of the actual luggage size and commenting "if I didn't think the luggage too heavy then [I'm] welcome to carry the luggage with me" while knowing fully well that it's not an option to do so. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because they at least kept my luggage safe for a short duration even though they overcharge and had unpleasant attitude.

Had a great experience here. Located just across from baggage claim 18. Had to check out of an AirBNB at 10am and flight wasn't schedule until 8pm. Stored 3 pieces of luggage here and the process was super easy both at drop off and pick up. This allowed us to spend the day at Pearl Harbor (which by the way is only about 10 minutes down the road). Staff had lots of aloha spirit and were a delight to work with. Would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I didn't know this existed and I'm so glad I came across it. Stored 3 XL (above 28") & 1 LG suitcases for less than $80. If you need to store your luggage while you go into town or can't take your luggage with you but have another flight to catch later, this is the place. It's in front of Carousel 18 in Arrivals terminal. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable. The lady that worked the counter was quick and kind enough to help me take my luggage outside to my car.

So glad I found this place! We wanted to safely store our luggage while exploring Honolulu before our flight. We didn't want to keep our bags in the open trunk of our rental car. They are located across from baggage claim E-1. Service was fast and friendly for drop off and pick up. Prices are clearly listed on the website. With tax it was about $25 to hold two carry on sized bags for the day. We consolidated our luggage in order to save on fees. They make a copy of your identification then ask for your phone, email, and flight info. Very easy process. I highly recommend them.

NEVER USE THEM!!!! Placed my baggage and was supposed to pick it 3 days later at 5AM and Was advised to call an after hours number. Reached the airport and started calling then at 5AM on the afterhours number and the number was ringing inside the storage room they have behind the cabin. I called on all the numbers they had listed and they were all diverted to the same mobile as the ring for all numbers was coming from the same room. I had lost hope to get my baggage but due to a very helpful Security Officer, I got my baggage at 645 am and the person who released it said that the company FORGOT to let him know so he can be available to release my baggage. Shit providers, very expensive, and crap service. DONT USE THEM!!!!

Smarte Carte has a luggage storage service in the Honolulu airport! Super friendly service - Alice Cheong was so pleasant and helpful! They are a teensy bit hard to find out in the garage behind the Car Rental Center, between Baggage Claim E and F (I think). $30 a day for two big suitcases. Would be nice if they gave a credit for the $5 cart rental that we had to use to get there but she was so sweet, she kept our bags on the cart so we had it use to go back to our flight then next day. Worth every penny to not have to carry the bags on our day trip before our flight!
