Good Customer service. I am new to the neighborhood, and stopped in multiple times in my first week in the area. My conclusion was that the owner of the store is the problem. The employees were very friendly, but I can tell pressured by management. The main issue I have with the location is the skimping of food. The Bell Peppers as well as other items are chopped so small, and then barely sprinkled on the sandwich. As much as I wanted to make this a go to spot for a quick meal, I can't

Getting what you want... Here at Subway it's nice that you're able to create your own sandwich and over the years I've noticed how much they've changed with the "series" is strange but as they keep things fresh literally with new menu items as on this visit is the "Comin' in Hot" with their Ghost Pepper Bread loaded with spicy creations was quite interesting and decided to try the Fiery Meatball Sandwich which has all the spicy toppings from pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, creamy sriracha and yes I had to get the Ghost Pepper Bread. The single staff here is nice and friendly as he had multiple orders was great with mine with all the usual question is nice so that I'm able to get my crafted sandwich made just the way I wanted filled with all the various veggie toppings. The vibe of the shop is nice and clean with a few tables for folks who decided to chill and enjoy your freshly made creations though I took mine with me it was a pleasant experience at this Sam Sung Plaza location with parking provided it can get crowded at certain time of the day but luckily I found some street metered parking which made it much easier to grab and go. Thank you!

THE BEST SUBWAY, on island! The service is friendly, the establishment is clean, and the subs are consistent. I drive an extra half mile further from the nearest location to me, to give them my business. Parking might be a bit of a hassle in Samsung plaza and they might be pretty busy, depending on the time of day. Ordering ahead might be a good idea.

I'm sorry to say my experience at this particular Subway was the worst franchise I have ever been to. The Owner (older gentleman) was that of a sour, angry sort with complete lack of welcoming customers. The dirty look I received when asking for a few extra tomatoes as if I were asking for diamonds was very off putting. There's cheap and then there's cheap. I will never return.

Only one worker, older Korean lady. Sweet lady, working all by herself. Anyone/Everyone, pls be patient. She does make a good sandwich and working hard doing everything herself including cashiering out. I feel bad if anything happens to her as she is the only one there working.
