I would put 0 stars if I could. There's a couple girls there with such bad attitudes and they mess up my food 95% of the time I go in and I don't usually leave reviews but cmon. I told the lady there today something 4 TIMES and she looked at me and still put the wrong stuff on my food. It's food service it's not that hard. Have a better attitude and give just a little bit of a fu*k, that's all it takes.

Once I completed the survey, I recieved a code for two free cookies and drink with purchase of a sandwich. Well! I attempted to use the code and was told by the cashier I could only use half the coupon!! What sense does that make...I'm willing to pay for what I purchase, but this was crazy and unacceptable. Then the cashier said they dont accept survey codes, the owner of the franchise emailed me thanking me for taking the survey...crazy experience...everytime I go to this location I have a bad or negative experience....smh this is the only subway location I have problems...I am going to always avoid this store.

If you want a buncha cackling rude civilian locals making your food this is the place to go. They either constantly get my order wrong and have to remove items that I never asked for off of my sandwich or only give me a stingy amount of toppings and I have to ask for more. It would be worth your while just finding a Subway off base because it'll be the same joking hyenas working there every weekday.

I'm currently sitting in the drive through waiting for my sandwich. It's been nearly 20 minutes which leads me to conclude I made the wrong choice of going through drive through. I love Subway and I usually don't mind this location. Today I thought I'd give drive through a chance since there was just one truck in line. Wrong idea. I must have seen at least 8 people get their sandwich while I sat in my car. Price for me being too lazy to get out. Note to others, don't be lazy. Just head inside and order your sandwich #43 of 100 2015

I'm a regular here because it's 1 block from my temporary home away from home. It's Subway. What more do I need to say? I suppose most Subway places would generally get 3 stars from me, but the people who work here seem genuinely sapped of energy and annoyed that you're bothering them by placing an order. I would not recommend coming at lunch on a weekday because the line will be out the door and it'll take at least 20 minutes to wait in line for a sandwich. I will go on the off hours in the morning or afternoon and pick up a sandwich then hold onto it for lunch or dinner later on.

Who ever seen/heard of drive-thru Subway?! Not me! =) Ample parking, friendly staff, and no lines. This store offers the same menu items with a smile!! The staff are all nice and never pushy. You don't have to repeat your order either as they are quick. This is my third favorite Subway on island. =)

It's a Subway. Just like any other Subway, except this Subway has a drive-thru. I did not use the drive-thru, but I did watch a car sit there the whole time while my sandwich was made before their order was even taken. It would have been quicker had they just come inside. This Subway is located inside a Navy mini-mart. There is no inside seating. There are picnic tables outside, but limited shade. A six inch tuna on honey oat bread not toasted with all the "fixins" and no sauce is the only way to go. Service is friendly.

It is a drive thru subway but more like a drive and wait 20 minutes. I been in the line for 20 minutes and they literally served one car the entire time. They should be better prepared for lunch hour. Mind you its 11am.

Definitely my favorite on island. Although I don't really like subway usually , this one isn't half bad. If you can't get on base to try this subway then your missing out .

Worst subway I have ever been to in my life. I'm writing this post while I have been waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes. I am the only car now in drive through. Are you kidding me?????? No "please hold" or anything. I might not have time to eat before school. Then the lady comes out with an attitude. Looked like the manager too. Thanks subway. Will never be returning here. Common sense people. Hire some people. There are tons of people looking for a job!
